lol, this is the fav all time breakfast for everyone in singapore... I prefer mine slightly less runny, and with the mixed soy sauce(done using dark and light soy sauce) as it's slightly more tasty. I would recommend to down it with toasted white bread, and a cup of tea-o(tea w/o milk). The tea makes the eggs go down easier if they are too runny!

I like soft boiled eggs, but not with the whites so runny. My mother eats hers this way though, except she scoops it out of the shell spoonfuls at a time instead of cracking it into a bowl. She also uses a spicy soy sauce that has chopped Thai chili peppers in it as a condiment. I can eat it this running sometimes but only if it's mixed into a bowl of rice. Mom's Korean, btw.

Yea, usually any bacteria that's harmful is actually on outside of the shell, not in the egg itself. So just be careful cracking it, or wash them before to avoid contamination if you aren't cooking the egg entirely.
