Just like my childhood... never got used of living with just my mum but know im 17 i live with my friend whos mum and dad died when he was a little boy, we have been friends since we were 5 years old.. We looked out for each other and when his parents died he came to live with me and my mum because she said she couldnt bare it if her mum and dad died when she was a little girl so from the age of 7 to 16 we lived with my mum thats when we moved out we never argue and we will stick together forevs
i know how you feel my mom and dad split when i was at least 3 cause my sis i barely see her now cause if she had not did that my dad would still be alive
to this day even me well my dad never made a promise he just walked out right now i have no mum not even a dad no-one to care for me and i am at a very young age and i feel i need some one and my grand-parents are here they are everything my mum and dad wernt but i always see my dad but he never wishes me merry christmas for my birthday i had £3 of him that was it i hate my step mum i could kill i only had £3 beacuse of her and her kids thats all she cares about i wish you could all be happy :)
my stories the other way around its with my mum she said your not mine i was her 1st then i started seeing her then she would cancel me coming around to go on dates with guys she had six boyfriends one a week shes got married i was even invited and she now has 7 kids she dont see three of them me and my two brothers its always one parent you loose im daddys little girl and some people are mummys little girl i used to cry for her but now i dont as in dj boonies over song "ill get over you
wow thats so sad i can relate to u because mii dad promised he would nver leave nd then wen i was 6 he left changed his number this year now that im older he comes bck nd he wants to be a family nd we all moved away tryin to get away i hate promises that dont get kept
i completely agree. i take comfort to know that im not the only one with a haunting and traumitizing past, my mother had the same experience as me, but much much worse. so at least im lucky to have at least one good parent.
you know at least your dad invited you to his wedding, my father got married twice after splitting my mom and i found out months later both times, only because i noticed the ring. my dad and even step dad made promises to me, my dad to never leave and my step dad to be the father i never had, and they both broke it. im not saying my situation is worse... im saying your not alone, but at least you have your mom, for me my mom is the only person left, her and my sister that is. so chin up.

last year my parents got a devorse , i think about my mother everyday.
i used to scream at her, but now i almost have to cry every night because i miss her so much, sometimes i think it's my fault .
