The "experts" still fail to appreciate the simple truth the father of modern stone therapy, Vincent Vermuelin, expressed to me when he said the only real therapy is "more fluid flow". I am carrying this one step further by demanding full flow all of the time." Truth is Simple" and couldn't be more so than here.

I will be hard to judge results because we forget to report when we are well.I one goes a year without an attack, that is quite enough for this doc. .

Please just follow the rules I have laid out. The type of water or fluid you drink makes no difference, because the kidney will remake its own water as urine, while ingredients of the bottled water have disappeared within the body system.

Please report on your experience. Flushing the bladder after, not before, preserves the spotaneity of the act.

Do you mean that you have a cystitis already and nothing is happening? The technique described here is to prevent infection. However, be more explicit and maybe I can help
