I'm 50 now. 20 years ago over the city of Garden Grove Ca. I went out and in the low clouds heard thunder that 'kick started' a small ball of light in the air which in turn began buzzing then grew in size. Next I saw 6 to 8 points light up all the same distance apart. Less then1minute the first light ball shot a perfect line of light at another and it did the same until all were big, glowing n vibrating.Soon it was too fast to follow.It stopped n repeated when it thundered.My worker also saw it

@joh04667 Sorry for delayed reply. What I saw were electrical none moving spheres positioned in the sky trading what by all accounts amounted to laser beams. The balls buzzed with a strong electric sound similar to high power lines and they were all white . I could give a clearer representation if needed. I have yet to find any other source to describe what we saw so do not try and place this in with the same 'ball lightning' sightings others have seen or you will fail to understand the visuals
