ah, how interesting ... you, victor, have been successfully conditioned to believe you are doing something relevant and necessary (and possibly even harmless) by putting a rat in this ridiculous cage ... have you been taught to do other "tricks" as well?
yup!! it's my duty as an academic to do such experiments created by this american guy, and that's practiced all over the world. Maybe if you read about it you'll find the utility of this. But don't worry, he was well treated. Sorry if he was a relative of yours.
I'm well aware of who Skinner was. Just because something is practiced in certain segments all over the world doesn't mean it's ethically right or scientifically valuable or valid.
What did you learn from this particular experiment, other than your own attitudes towards another mammal ("might makes right")? ... And what value have you added to the world, or even to "academia", by participating in it?
I saw the theory learned working. I really don't want to follow the behaviorism, but it's important to understand all the theories in this science I study. Great scientisc began like that. I'm not saying that I'll be one, or that I'll add any value to the world, but if I do to some amount of ppl here, that's ok.
Again, the rat was well treated and no electricity was used. Trust me, I know what would be an agression to them. They do "worse" things in mecine. Useful, but cruel.
Loving the music. LoL
