Sure ! Several hours exercises per day since she was 5 years old, a severe diet, an understanding and clever partner and some some other small things too : perfect verticality, horizontality, stability...
That means work, work, work, and the great talent of both, obviously.
She is fantastically strong. She proves that strength has no gender. Lifting 140 pounds over head is no easy task and she does it from the ground up many times. Wow! Lisa , you are the greatest.
Well there you go, she is very attractive and feminine not built like a pumped up bloke and she lifts him with ease...
