The only thing that bothers me more than the title of this video is the fact that there are people readily dwelling on the tops of the mountains exceptionally far from humanity just to light the beacons on the slim chance that one day they'll be lit. lol okay I take it back. They both actually bring me joy. Hope is indeed candle and those mountains dwellers are heroes! But really, what if one of the beacon guards somewhere went awol? God bless them for their diligence!

No, je pa Jackson na več mestih dokazljivo raztegoval Tolkienov prostor-čas. Od trenutka, ko Bilbo zapusti Šajersko in s tem tudi Gandalf pa do Gandalfove vrnitve po Froda mine na primer v knjigi, se mi zdi, 10 let, v filmu kvečjemu nekaj mesecev, ker je nekje rečeno, da je imel Frodo vsega skupaj poldrugo leto dolgo avanturo.
