Hi hi! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father got great 6 pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.
i never wanted a sixpack, i just wanted to sport, but i got one anyway just by going to the local sportschool, i had a little help there and well in about half an year i had a sixpack, i went 3 times a week for about 1.5 hours each time. I never used a skippy ball. i just did sit ups and push ups and things, but just do wgat you like to do and if you like the skippy ball me by guess, but only that way you'll be able to do it for a long time and see differences,
is this method good for poepols like me, i mean i've never trained my sick pack yet, so im kinda weak on that? so this would be good for start or it would be to hard?
@plOx1991 I would suggest you rather go to my channel and search for BEGINNER abs workout and you will find one that is better if you are just starting out. This one can be a bit hard for beginners.

I was wondering which ones I should use in what time periods, since I heard if you do the same exercises over and over, they lose the effectiveness of musclebuilding.
@crazyasianskills They are all good for the spesific reason I created them. So it depends what your goals are. The best is to mix and match them so that your ab workouts never becomes boring or Ineffective.

If u wanna get fast ripped:
Eat meat to build muscles
Dont eat candy and drink to much soda and beer
Train 3mins+ each 2nd day
Sport is a good thing to do, if u run 5-10 kilo meters a week u will get ripped in no time thanks for reading...
