  • you have to dedicate yourself to this so much to get this amazing brute strength and speed and endurance that i had.i mean PUSH YOURSELF.follow the great motivational qoutes in all of the chapters of infinate intensity.dont hold nothing back.but be qually smart about it so you dont hurt yourself along the way and most of all LISTEN TO YOUR BODY if it need rest give it rest even if its after warrior challenge or interval training.

  • after i did the infinte intensity for 3 month so that 75 days total in the program.i am 5'7 145 lbs and was able to snatch a 90 lbs dumbell with one hand.i really freaked myself out to holy shit did i just do that? rosstraining is the real fucking deal.ross for life man

  • @stewb2004 Damn dude 5'7 145? You're just a little guy...You should keep that caloric intake up to match the intensity of ross's work outs.

  • Respect.

Its pleasing to see a descent sport scientist. Plyometrics push ups, DB swings for speed n power. Pull ups for strength. The overall workout to increase conditioning by 90% ready for any type of competition. :)

    Respect again!

  • Nice try dude. Im a fan of Ross myself. What's the music you used? Its sick.

  • What is it with all these slack-jawed faggots posting videos of Ross's infinite intensity workout? This fellar can't even do a proper pushup to even think about getting on this workout.

  • @kobilizer

Thanks for the praise and well done to yourself - fair play :-) Thanks for the suggestion regarding the rest - sounds like a good idea and I'll keep it in mind the next time I rotate around to Ross's stuff again :-)

    @Jouwl

Can you elaborate a bit more here regarding 'proper'? After that many pullups I feel that a 'minor' loss of form is inevitable, as many of the others who have commented here and who also 'study' Ross can attest to. Plus they are of the wide grip variety making them that slight bit harder. Plus, the plyo pushups you see here are a fast version without, but are nonetheless plyos - cf, a great poster of the Ross workouts Babbis13 - Infinite Intensity

  • @sanguinestar

Well, in my school a pullup of any grip means that you should be moving from straight arms to the point where your collarbones are the same height as whatever you're hanging from.

The plyo aspect of your pushups I can't comment on, but your general pushup form is bad, you're dropping your head to the floor and not tightening your abs enough for a straight body. A simple consequence of this is that you don't go as low as you should.

But of course this is just my personal opinion

  • @Jouwl

While I see where you're coming from on your points about proper form, these are motions that are meant to be done at speed. These points that you raise are for steady form pullups and push ups, which come from the slower and steady movements typically seen for strength/hypertrophy style workouts. This is a combination strength/conditioning workout, with the aim of increasing muscular endurance and being able to complete as many rounds as possible in the given time.

  • Good work. I'm a big fan of Ross Enamait!! When I started incorporating his workouts into my program, regular weight lifting days felt like rest days even though I moved a much heavier weights those days.

  • I believe that if you look again that your comment still exists...

  • LOL, 15kg dumbbells? NO SQUATZ? haha, what a casual!!!1 LMAO

  • You try this at the same speed and number of rounds and then you can comment

  • I used to do this when I was starting.

  • I'm gonna believe u because wot...u gave an anonymous & rude comment over the net? To someone who never said he was gr8 at something, just that he did something. Ur pride overwhelms me - kudos to you and your ego and I congratulate u on ur boorishness. And perhaps you can tell me why u felt u had to behave like a miscreant here - r u unhappy wit urself?Does pointing ur finger & laffing at other people over the net help ur confidence?Especially when u r nice &safe in your own home. Grow a pair

  • 20 minutes seems like eternity in hell with this workout.i can do 9 circiuts with 50 lbs dumbells. this workout demands respect.

  • True - longest 20 mins ever - much respect to your sets and weight !

  • yeah this workout is nuts, great job

  • Thanks for the praise :)

  • If you are doing this in a regular gym I'm soooooo impressed. People tend to ask me stupid questions even if I do clean&jerk and you are jumping inside a gym!! :D Nice.

Good training man keep it up and dont lose the will to train.

  • I'm quite lucky in that gym in that there arent many users and I'm left to myself mostly, especially in the morning when its quite empty

  • Yes they do, the majority of people do not undersatnd why you are not doing a body building split or trying to gain weight.

You get the questions first, but tell them you are working for stamina and strength not building muscle and they go "aghhhh"

  • nice glasses

  • badass

    whats the second song?

  • It's Spitfire by The Prodigy - from the album 'Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned' - fantastic workout album :-)
