this video sucks, but i found a way to change it..... go to run type in control userpasswords2 and then click New and make a new Administrator account and on that account go to control panel and select the account with the forgotten password and click change passwords it will not ask for the old one... This is how i solved my lost password problem
yea i try doing this on a non adminstrative account, i get to were you type the password but then you cant get past that, it wont type in, so i just hit enter twice and it says access denied.
