at long last, someone else who wonders why the H squirrels, grasses, dragons, egg-shaped daruma dolls (by costa del sol) just happen to have some change on em - especially the grasses, not to mention the ghosts - where would a ghost keep 148 gil? In his PANTS POCKET? I think not, Squaresoft ... I think not ....

My thought for monsters having items is this; You don't see anybody else out into the world map (even though it would be good for trade), Because (My thoughts) the "monsters" have eaten merchants (for money/gil) and random travelers (for items). nice vid btw.
