I'm pretty sure he's the same guy who used to troll a bunch of DMB vids in the past (whodablot, or something like that) but I'm guessing his account was killed. This one was created Jan 13, 2012, and he's done nothing but troll people doing covers since the new account was created. For some reason he gets off on it. I find it rather amusing.

I had a Dave 'phase' I learned all his songs in about 5 months ,I still play some of them from time to time,but his diminished chord style is quite simple and boring once you learn it, with diminished chords you need a rythm (tim reynolds) or it sounds VERY plain,Dave`s creativity should be applauded,he made a career out of songs made up entirely of dim. chords,lol

i think you are being a bit generous. dave matthew's music is incredibly boring to play. it is only midly boring when you thrown in his supporting band. i too learned all of his songs. i am ashamed that i ever played them. I never play them now because once you broaden your musical horizons (like this guy playing in this video hasn't) you realize that dave kinda sucks. there are about 50 other nationaly known guitarists that i can think of that shit on dave's music.

I played The Stone last night in a cafe ,they loved it.I had a youtube chat yesterday ,the guy said BobDylan wasnt musically inclined,lol,so yea there is all kinds on you tube.I learned 5 Van Morrison songs the otherday and did RealRealGone,and ItStonedMe as well. i saw Dave last summer at MolsonAmpitheatre,great show,gotta go.

Thanks, I'm glad improvement is apparent. I use GarageBand on a Macbook with an m-audio usb input for the guitar and mic. I've got a Shure Beta 58A mic and a Taylor 910 ce. :)
