  • i never played htis game..anyone know of a good emulator and rom?

  • The first boss reminds me of Sonic 2's Robotnik's huge robot at the end. xD

  • Wow, you survive 3 consecutive boss fights without a single scratch.

  • I wonder how many points that bomb would have been worth?

    -Old School Video Game King-

  • hey roahm you should have called the gamma incarnation gamma junior

  • I don't get Protoman on some parts. I know he runs by his own rules but on some runs he fights you other he dosen't. Who's side is he really on? Bass too, I mean, he wants Megaman dead yet he's taking to fighting along side him, though I don't mind that at all. Battle networks is easy though, Bass wants everyone dead and Protoman follows Chauds' orders.

  • @beedolphin1 It's actually a pretty indepth reason. Protoman didn't trust Dr.Light because he had fears of being dismantled because Dr.Light told him he needed to shut him down to save him with an upgrade. He ran away, and Dr.Wily found him replacing his energy core that was the problem with a nuclear core. Which is why he helped Wily at first. He soon realizes what kind of a person Wily is, and lives free. He says he tests Mega Man to see if he is strong enough to defeat Wily (Megaman 7).

  • @beedolphin1 As for Bass... Bass was built by Wily, but he's also become pretty defiant. I forget the exact reason he decides to ignore Wily entirely but you can look up a lot of story info easily. Just type in google "Megaman MMKB". That site has most of the story depth, and references neatly organized.

  • It's cool to see you fight Wily this time, becuase these perfect runs are the first I saw of Wily Tower. Sure, I've heard of the wily wars, but not this particular part of it. I also find this Wily Machine very cool.

In other news, My CPU has this weird glitch where when I scroll down from a video, and come back up, it dissapears. all I have to do to make it Re-Appear is scroll down and up again, though.

  • wow, this is much harder without using robot master weapons. well done. i used weapons against this final boss, and it's way too easy.

  • why don't you get hurt whe you slide into his bombs?

  • The bombs only hurt you as they explode.

  • Yes. Gamma is a giant peace keeping robot built jointly by Dr. Light and Dr. Wily, which Wily then stole.

  • @RoahmMythril Peace keeper Gamma? Funny, the Gamma sonicstick's referring to had a similar role

  • I was actually referring to Gamma from Mega Man 3.

  • That "Here's a Smokebomb!" And that part made you angry makes me understand that he ran away. Like I said "I would NEVER lose to a smart alek antagonist!"

  • What an annoying Wily boss. -_-

  • I wonder how many times that wily boss theme looped...

  • I finally saw the Mega Man Upon a Star episode with: "Here's a Smoke Bomb!"

  • Apparently the Wily Capsule is weak against the Hyper Bomb for when he slams into the ground.

  • Wily just wanted the most tedious machine EVER for this tower. What's its weakness?

  • I'm not certain of the weakness, I think the final part, the capsule, is weak to Hard Knuckle, but it may have multiple weaknesses since there are so many weapon choices.

  • a Fun Fact: This Stage Theme is my Favourite Wily Theme of all time

  • Oh, I forgot to ask, where did you get the Brawl music?

  • Ah, that, I got a long time ago, the soundtrack was posted on a site my friend frequents, so he pointed me to it. It's been a long time, I don't actually remember what site it was o.o;

  • Bravo. That was a true display of Mega Man skill. Really, three forms in a row without a single hit? Just amazing.

  • Hey, don't feel too bad! Wily battles are always annoyingly long and epic like that. In fact, it's not uncommon in later titles for them to have a dedicated BGM just for them!

Granted, other forms of Wily are considerably more difficult, and it's not uncommon for some attacks (or combinations thereof) to be nearly unavoidable. A run of Buster-Only battles of Wily (stages or not) would be a very epic conclusion to this series, assuming you ever get there!

  • Also, just kinda curious here - are you going to attempt Perfect Runs of the Arcade MM games? (Or maybe the GB ones?) And if so, how do you plan to fit -those- into the chronology?

  • I do at the very least plan to do MM V for GB, since the Stardroids are unique. The others, I'm not sure if I'll do or not. Maybe if I feel like going into them at some point, but since they're all Robot Masters I've done before, I'm not 100% sure on that yet. As for the arcade games, I haven't played those before actually, so I'm not sure how exactly they even play.

  • I'll have to consider that, yes.

  • Well, they ARE annoyingly long, except for MM6. You can just kill all three forms with Silver Tomahawk in only a minute in that game.

  • sorry but i passed the last form of wily... its quite annoying that we can't him him above... but for example we can hit him with special weapons?

  • I'm pretty sure you can hit him with special weapons, probably all three forms which would possibly make the battles faster. I want to say the final form is weak to the Hard Knuckle, which does at least have a slight upward trajectory if you hold up when you fire it.

  • wow I didn't knew that Hard knucle could do that... Thanks!

  • Yes, you can steer it up and down kind of freely. And they're really hard-hitting! One hit alone can down a Hammer Joe, or one of the bouncy monkeys.

  • I do know that Crash Bomb is effective on the first form and Thunder Beam on the final form.
