Arnel has a more gritty and powerful style singing mostly with his chest voice while Perry has a more fluid smooth delivery singing mostly with head tones. God bless them both for being a part of Journey.
yeah no steve perry but if you'll listen to both versions (steve and arnel's) especially in the chorus part...steve can't hit the notes in the "with open arms" part (live)...unlike arnel, so amazing!!!!!!!
im a huge journey fan...and im not going to choose between the two who's the best...coz there are other (journey) songs which steve's voice is great over than arnel's while there are also songs arnel's voice can overpower steve's....dats ol i can say......

Thank you for the posting. Did they sing Feeling That Way or When You Love a Woman? They have sang those a couple of times lately and there are only a couple of videos of FTW and none of WYLAW. Perhaps there are more today, yours is the first new video I looked at today. Don't you wish you could see them again tonight? I did after I saw them in Dallas.

Sept 24 @ Concord was awesome. Lots of Pinoys came out to support Arnel!! After the encore Arnel shouted "Salamat Pinoy"!
