Not necessarily. I made a mistake when creating the video. You need either Sandstorm or Shockwave. I think you can replace them, but it's wiser to leave them in.

The elite skill is Shockwave, and I got it from Zarnas Stonewrath in Arborstone (Explorable). The build is still valid too, and I've been getting better items lately too.

I don't see how Glyph of Concentration would work in this build. What would I replace? The way it is now I can take people down without trouble (I got better since this video). Where would I put it?
