  • So you have to have photoshop, to do this...

  • @cynthiann11 - nope! Just check the link in the description :)

  • genius!

  • I press ''save for web'' but when it open the window it don't have the blue lines and I can't select the boxes beacause are not appearing

  • perfect tutorial, thanks

  • yeh until someone tags you in another picture

  • @ryanstewart86 - LOL... so true ! At that point, you just need to untag all the photos and re-tag. Kind of pain, but I guess it's a small cost for a sweet looking profile :)

  • Dude that was great! Btw there's abit of the facebook template stickin out from the bottom of your profile picture...

  • cool upload and i tried to do it but i m not good in photoshop so when i drag the picture to the photoshop it opens in a new tab not the current one...

  • @BJash94 if u havent found out any way yet, just rightclick the layer of your image in ps, press duplicate layer, select the template as target direction and go

  • do you have an obsession with cats?? but thanks this helped alot

  • @keat43 - LOL, I've always grown up with cats. I do like them a lot :)

  • thanks man it helped alot <3

  • lol there is a much better (easy tutorial) on this video youtube.com/watch?v=fd8iC3OpBHM

  • you can also use panoramaprofile(dot)com for you panorama profile

  • When these images are uploaded, the spacing and alignment is all wrong, so the overall image is all screwed up. It seems the images generated from your template are too large for the FB preview images. Any workaround? I'd use piccut, but that doesn't select the right area for slicing...

  • Question.

Can others such as family & friends see this? Because, this is something that i would like to show off. =D

And can this work on Windows? Because i don't have a Mac... smh. i know, i know

Thanks for doing this bruh, this is absolutely awesome.

  • @AgentZer0oo0 - It depends on your facebook privacy settings. Most likely all your friends and family will see it, yes. If you have your profile settings on "everyone", then people you aren't friends with on facebook can see it too. Windows, mac, works on both :)

  • @mrhorwitz

Ahhh Thanks for the confirmation. I'm about to do this right now. It's pretty awesome. =D

    And Merry Christmas bruh.

  • >hack

  • thank u mayn!

    ur soo kool ! :P

  • @tahanoman1212 - Thanks man ;)

  • This might seem like a silly question, but I don't have the 5 images across the top center of my page. I have the WALL, PHOTO, INFO tabs, then below that is the FB "share" section, then straight to my wall. How do I enable the photos across the top to complete the look?

  • @BlaineSherman - You may still have the "old profile". You'll need the new profile in order to have the 5 thumbnails pictures at the top. I put a link in the description to get the new facebook profile :)

  • @mmx1346 - HA, that was it! I'm surprised I didn't know about that. Kewl man!

  • Thank you for the file. Your tutorial was awesome and so easy to follow.

  • @TamDoriot - Thanks Tam, glad you liked it :)

  • Thank you for the file. Your tutorial was awesome and so easy to follow.

  • This is like the easiest and fastest way to do it man you can have your profile pics up in a min

  • @tkw2003 - Cool, I'm glad you like the vid. There are other ways to do it, but they are much longer LOL !

  • how do u download the link? when i click on it says "save" or "find" if i click find it takes me to a different page :/

  • @funypeep9 - I click on save and for me in saves the file to my desktop. Yours may save to your desktop or your download file, unless you've specified otherwise.

  • @MwRWrestling - I'm not sure what the work around is for this.. Does anyone know?

  • @mmx1346 just open the picture with photoshop. select and copy onto the template. I think your drag and drop works because you are using a mac

  • @HairyComb10 - You're right. I forgot to mention that. Thanks for the help :)

  • Thanks a bunch, dude.

  • Do you neeed photo shop? I don't have it :/

  • @Biotasm - yes you'll need photoshop to do this trick. There are probably ways to do it with other software, but I'm not sure. Try searching "how to get photoshop for free", etc. Best wishes :)

  • @Biotasm - Good news! Don't have photoshop, don't worry ! There is a new way :) Check the link in the description.

    Matt

  • @mmx1346 Oooh thanks man! I appreciate it!

  • I've made a tool to slice up the image automatically, Google "vindimy.dyndns.org fb.php" and you'll see :)

  • Adobe Photoshop CS4?

  • @tkw2003 - This is in CS5, but the same tools most likely still exist in CS4.

  • my drag and drop function doesnt seem to work!! when i paste my picture over your template, the template just disappears

  • @brendendas I'm not sure what the work around would be. The drag and drop option should work though.

  • thanks a lott!!! :D
