@msihaveachannel I have a friend who just uses a bobby pin that she bent out of shape. The rounded ends work great. And bobby pins are super cheap and cost way less than a dotting tool.

@PrincessElla02 You don't HAVE to use a top coat or base coat, but it's recommended. The base coat helps strengthen and protect your nails and keeps the color from staining your nails, and the top coat helps the polish last longer and prevent chipping. :)
