just get an amp tht matches best with your sub, alpine is by far the best, in my own personal opinion, i have one single R 10 and my truck bumps pretty damn hard, but never get a alpine head, kenwood makes the best heads, and for speakers, pioneer, for amps, kenwood

you need to use krylon fushion thats what i did for my ranger and it never chips, just sand it despite that the can says no sanding, its mean for plastive, it looks good, go check the vids

I used FatMat Sound Deadener.

Yea i did the interior myself. I used Krylon plastic paint. It turned out a lot better than i was expecting it to.

you do realize you lose db's with the car flexing like that, not an attack, just some advice, get some dynomat in that truck and I promise it will pound harder and cleaner. ;)

Yea i know. The truck is sound deaden with FatMat. It is just as good if not better than Dynomat and is cheaper. I gut the whole truck, everything came out except the dash and everything was layered and there are 2 layers on the roof. But it still flexes a lot.

yeah, I was hitting around 152 with 2 rockford power hx2 pushing a total of 4000 RMS, in an 11 cubic foot box ported and tuned to 32 hz. But that was about 5 years ago when I competed, from what I am hearing though, they changed the standards on how they test for dbs or something like that, and that today, I would actually be hitting around 145 dbs or something like that. I don't know, I haven't been in the SPL scene for a while.
