  • Great job

  • Man, that kid can sing!

  • @drummermagic423 Look at it, they are in Elementary school, he will do better than anything you could ever do you fucking cunt.

  • already better than lars

  • leave the kids aloneeeeeeeeee

  • awesome KIDS

  • American accents are the best ;)

  • For the ages I am impressed very well coordinated and amazing future talent. Keep rockin little dudes your the future of metal. Two hands horns held high.

  • i learned this song on drums from guitar hero metallica... no joke

  • Being good rocking little kids doesnt mean they are spoiled. Those little guys probably just LOVE to play music. Thats how I am. and If ANY spoiling went on, it is after they started playing so good for their age. :p

  • this kid deserves better guitar

  • @BlackstockGuitar He has two ESP guitars now..lol

  • There i am looking onnyt for some Metallica and came across this and i like it makes me smile the little buggers are good.

  • I love how you can hear the crowd singing along! :)

  • James Jr y Lars Jr

    xDDD lml

  • lol 7 & 9 and there more talented then I am

  • wow this is great

  • metallica is gonna want money for you playing their song

  • @MrBagelmon My friend has been playing since he was 8. now he's 17, he can play every song he wanted to by the age of 10. Age has nothing to do with talent. Practice makes perfect. thats why he practices for 9 hours a day every day. (my friend that is and these kids are beast.)

  • You 2 little fellows do NOT listen to ANY of these people saying you messed up.................... You keep trying as thats what makes YOU something, I'm a VERY avid Metallica fan myself, and play drums..........................I HOPE to GOD that Lars and James hears you 2 play!!!!!!

  • @MrBagelmon youre right man

  • @MrBagelmon I hope you saw the word "Cover" in the title of this vid.

  • @TheCapiceki

Ok, Im not gonna say anything to you because I posted that comment 4 MONTHS AGO. Im not gonna start an argument to something I could care less about now.

  • @MrBagelmon IF you every 4 months after you posted a comment, you don't care anymore about that comment; you better stop trolling.

  • @TheCapiceki

I just said I didnt want to start something. And Im not "trolling", I was just giving my opinion. If you actually read my original comment that got removed by too many negative votes, you would have realized that I even said all I was giving was my opinion.

  • @MrBagelmon Kk, lets stop this stupid, useless discussion.

  • Cool

    !

  • @EsPwYLdE Huge congrats to the parents for helping the kids achieve this level of musicianship at such a young age! I wish my parents had given me this type of opportunity so young. I'm not going to make the same mistake with my kids... they'll get everything they need to help them grow. Well done parents!

  • @feloniousmonkx Thank you.

  • @MrBagelmon Youre so jealous, its unreal.

  • @MrBlahChannel

Ok, trust me. Im not jealous. Im not a jealous type of person. Or are you one of those guys on youtube who think they know me more than I know myself? I just dont find it quite natural to see kids this yung play music that advanced. Thas all. I thought they were spoiled because Im around spoiled people a lot. (mainly my little brother) And they seemed like they get what they want easily by age. Im gonna say it again, if they arent spoiled, my mistake. I never said they were bad.

  • @MrBagelmon Enter Sandman is a pretty easy song to play, any 9 to 8 year old could play it if they tried.

  • @MrBlahChannel

Yeah. lol I used to be able to play it months ago, well, only the intro. lol

  • @mrbagelmon

I think your jealous, do you still have First Act?

  • @gsedewski

    Yeah, why?

  • @MrBagelmon if anything it just goes to show that you dont have to a 40 year old white trash guy like kirk hammet to play the guitar well. these kids made metallica proud.

  • @MrBagelmon haha i know right

  • @yardog59

Ok you know what? I posted my comment to this video months ago and Im STILL getting people getting all angry at me so Im done arguing. If they arent spoiled, sorry it was a miss understanding. But Im just simply not replying to anymore of these replies I get from this video. Im just simply tired of it.

  • @MrBagelmon ...It's a talent show. It didn't have to be perfect, bucko.

  • @MrBagelmon my first few months on drum set i could play this song just saying... so age has nothing to do with it... its how dedicated you are to your instrument. some people can pick it up right away and some people take time to learn it. as for your opinion you dont have to be mean about it i mean it was their first performance live so they get credit for that in MY OPINION and it sounded really good

  • Great job, guys! Dont listen to all the YouTube flamers, youve got to start somewhere, dont let people ever tell you cant do something or youll never start. Practice is the key. Keep it up!

  • @MrBagelmon stop talking crap, if you don´t have a plausible theory then don´t theorize.

  • @RayDrummer

Well Im sorry I dont see little kids playing Metallica regularly. Normally I would see a proffecianal or someone who went through years and years drumming. Again Im not saying they arent talented. Yes, they are talented. I dont see how little kids that age can play this stuff at a young age like that unless they are spoiled. Like if you see celebritys away from cameras they can be nasty and mean all the time. At the camera all nice, away from a camera mean I cant even tell for them

  • FUCK YES! Only two words I have for these little dudes. Keep going and make sure your having fun.

  • YEAHHH KEEP PRACTICING GUYS!

  • @EsPwYLdE

Yeah. I can agree with that. I guess Im just thinking of them as really good and talented but off stage big jerks like lots of famous people are these days. I dont know

  • the nine year old needs a foot petal

  • is it just me because im high, or is that kids guitar lighting up?

  • cannot guitar over drums guitar needs to be turn up

  • All you tight ass haters need to lay off.

    They're just kids.

  • This kid on drums is better than Lars Ulrich.

  • @HrapovikPlush WTF? Lars would fuck this kid up. The obviously plays better, there's nothing else to say, yes he is young but even older he won't play better metallica than Lars, you know why? Because Lars is a songwriter and he created the drums of each of their songs, so he plays them perfectly and nobody can be better than him, at playing metallica obviously.

  • @Deadlydrum Lol, relax, you obviously don't have any sense of humor at all. It was a joke. But Lars is pretty bad compared to other professional drummers out there, which is a FACT.

  • @HrapovikPlush The only thing he does is simple beats, that doesn't make him bad. And yes he isn't one of the best but is a great songwriter.

  • @Deadlydrum Yeah, the beats are so simple, that it's laughable.

  • @HrapovikPlush Yep, but they fit the songs :P

  • the kid doesnt play properly but still sounds good

  • 1st of all: these kids did an amazing performance, especially seeing how young they were. The drummer looked sooo happy, haha! I would be terrified playing in front of all those people.

2nd: I don't see how some people on here can negatively critique these little kids like they did. That's horrible. They did amazing, probably played better than some of you negative people will ever play in your pathetic lives. So stop hatin damn!! I applaud these kids!!!

  • @patoya11 Thank you so much!!!well said.

  • @Arnold114 That's how I drum (Left hand on the high-hat.) This kid is the only other person I know who drums like that.

  • @NickMusic43 doesnt the current drummer of megadeth drum like that?

  • @mrbrownstone1995 I don't know, I don't really follow Megadeth that much. I just meant people that I know personally.

  • @NickMusic43 oh yeah for sure, i know one that plays that way...but he is a full time guitarist though haha

  • fail!!!!!!!!!

  • I need a ak-47 with 18 bullets to kill some people..... -.-´

  • What was that? oh i think it was the sound of nobody caring!

  • these kids are awesome!

  • Marshall amp for a 9 yr old ? Jealousy

  • jajajaja yeaaah god job drums hahaha i liked XD

  • I'm learning that song on the drums too. I want to play at my talent show

  • Not bad for a couple of little kids.

  • At least they arent afraid to perform like most of you youtube commentators who cant get passed playing guitar hero...

  • YEAH!!! These kids are AWESOME! For their first time in front of any kind of live audience, and how young they are, they did super! You can see that little 7 year old on the drums is having the time of his life! Most anyone else might have been terrified! For their age, and their first time performing in front of an audience, how dare ANYONE on here critique their talent! BRAVO, LITTLE DUDES!

  • good! but the bass? vocals? 2guitars?

  • nice solo

  • that was a weird little drummer i have never seen someone play like that.. weird

  • I'm choosing an electric guitar and have been looking at les pauls and a few strats. My current set up i would like is(my first electric but been playing acoustic for 2 1/2 yrs.)

    Ephiphone Les Paul which is$300

line 6 spyder 15w: $99 hardshell case: $71 Wire: $12. That makes $490 so the rest I figure for strings, cleaning equipment, etc. Then a bit later, some effects. The squier strats are pretty cheap so if i get that it'll get me a better amp and effects.

  • I aint gonna be able ta film dis 0:20

  • OMG!! They killed it!! Love it!!

  • this is way too cute!

  • @PharaohForceify Thanks man! Redneck is a lifestyle, not where you live. We are definitely southerners, as I'm sure EVERYONE can tell by our accent.....but thanks again for pointing out the obvious.

  • ROCK ON LITTLE MANS, KEEP THE METAL ALIVE!!!

  • good job 5*

  • THANKYOU FOR TEACHING THESE 2 KIDS THIS ART! WE HAVE HOPE VEIWERS! SOME YOUNG CHILDREN MIGHT LIKE METALICA AGAIN!

  • Did they win?

  • @alisterfolson It was k-8. they didn't give awards, buy they were sure the highlight of the show.

  • HOLD THE FUCKING CAMERA STRAIGHT!!!

  • @shredder298 He was so nervous about the first performance it's a wonder he didn't drop the damn thing! LOL

  • That crash sucks:(

  • props to the kid with the guitar =) he did a nice solo

  • This is very good, especially for their age. By the time they are in high school or even Jr. High, they will be tearin it up.

  • This is good but the drums sound really cheap still goo though

  • @Sandman22036949 Yeah they were a cheap set. He had just started and this was their first performance. Check out some of the newer videos. He's got a better set by far now.

  • DON'T LISTEN TO THE HATERS!

  • 15 people cant play enter sandman, apperently

  • Can u pick up the guitar volume???

  • good for that age

  • awsommeeee:)

  • plus A LES PAUL I WOULD KILL FOR A GUITAR LIKE THAT

  • im a tween and i say I WISH ME AND MY BROTHER COULD BOND LIKE THAT

  • Coolest 7 and 9 year olds on the planet.. Sadly there more metallica then metallica is now :-( keep on jamming little dudes

  • ¡NICE!

    Saludos desde México

  • @gerbile3 He dont have to drum like everyone else. There is no rule or proper technique for which hand to hit the hi-hat and snare.So..yes im telling you he drums like that.

  • @EsPwYLdE That's really really weird. How does he do now using that technique?

  • @EsPwYLdE hey i think they did a kick ass job iv been playin guitar for about ten years and i sucked so bad my first time on stage in front of ppl. and i love seein kids that are into metallica.

  • @EsPwYLdE Where do you live. BTW He needs to be on jay leno.

  • @EsPwYLdE i agree with you cuz im drummer too but it look like a retard

  • @EsPwYLdE actually there is a correct technique for drumset. ive been playing drumset for 6 years, i study under Mark Botti. he was the first chair jazz drumset player for northwestern illinoies university. and he was then the instructor for the northwestern drumline and then the cavaliers drum and bugle corps. he knows what hes talking about. and there is most definatly a correct way of playing drumset, the kid is a good drummer, he deserves to be taught the right way of playing.

  • @EsPwYLdE I´m Left-handed and I play Open hand just like him. Bobby Jarzombek uses this setup too with complete success.

  • @gerbile3 That means he is a left handed drummer like me, He is playing a right handed drumset left handed.

  • @gerbile3

It's called playing open handed. It's not right or wrong.

  • @gerbile3 It's called playing "open handed." The technique is not right or wrong, just a natural preference.

  • @gerbile3 It's called playing "open handed." The technique is not right or wrong, just a natural preference.

  • @gerbile3 it's called playing open man...a lot of people especially metal and death metal drummers do that for blast beats and stuff

  • @gerbile3 if the kid is left handed i can see that making sense, if he is right handed, then it doesn't make sense

  • @gerbile3 There are lots of open handed drummers who play great. Check out Three Days Grace's drummer Neil Sanderson and tell me there's something wrong with his playing. Keep rocking anyway that works for you kid!!!!!!!!!!

  • @gerbile3

It's called open handed drumming. A lot of drummers CAN'T do it. And it's your own choice as a drummer how you want to play.

  • they better had fucking won. \m/ at such a young age

  • i give props to the kids and their parents.........the kids for doing any awesome job on one of the greatest songs ever written and to the parents for letting them listen to the greatest music cant get any better than that

  • amazing.it just amazes me alone that these kids listen to metallica.now they are making covers?bravo.keep it up,kids.it can get you somewhere
