not even close to 13',maybe a lil over 12',because when the measure the stick the ruler was slanted,and then when he jumps they slant the stick,and the stick has another rod attached to the bell,while ur slanting the stick dat makes the bell even lower.

just look at 0:17 and 0:29,11' mark is taller then the top of the square,and 11'9" is almost as high as the top of backboard in the screen,so either the rim is really low or there's a huge camera angle affect.
