@devoncraig123 first of all... try spell checking your comment before calling someone else dumb.. and this gun will not shoot 450 fps with .20 grams.. unless you upgrade its internals. cybergun chronos their guns with .12 (the lighter bbs fly faster) to make them seem more powerful.

before all that it was a GREAT starter gun to me...it never broke down before that..

@clubbythe That was advertising the FPS of the gun using .12g BBs. Most guns are designed to use .20g BBs. When you put .20g BBs into a gun advertised at 495 using .12g, it will shoot at about 370-380 FPS

@Emeraldwebshane that was a waste of money to get it downgraded... Cybergun chronos all of their guns with .12 gram bbs so that the FPS seems higher.. its a marketing scheme... but most people use .20 gram bbs with AEG.... so the fps is really only around 380....

Yeah, how do you clean it?

@MrPromw2 Depends on what you need to clean. Look below for disassembly instructions. Once you have the barrel removed remove the hop up unit and put a small strip of paper towel or cloth through the cleaning rod and pass it through until the barrel is perfectly clean on the inside.

no, never broke one down though, need to pull it apart to clean it. think there might be a jam in the barrel.

ok well.... this one can be a bitch to take apart. they really didnt make it easy.

1. take off the top cover (battery cover)

2. on the bottom of the gun. there are 4 screws. (2 inside the mag well and two on the outside.

3. remove them and the entire front section will slide out.

4. there are 2 screws holding in the hopup and barrel assembly. remove them and the barrel will slide out.

from here on you can remove the hop up and clean the inner barrel. reverse the process for re-assembly.

for ME on AVERAGE the battery lasts about 2 hours of continuous play but my battery is really old and i am getting a new one soon :)

no problem... you could always mount a rail right to the top of he battery compartment... just get a piece of rail and super glue it in the center and BAM you got yourself a customizable gun :D hahah

i have one, the battery and the cord connecting it to the gun wont fit in without forcing it. and the battery broke while trying to get it in the gun.

its not that difficult you just have to get the battery connector in that small cavity under the rear sight. and the battery will fit pretty snugly :D

well..... if theres absolutely no way to get a shorter cable... just try to stick the extra cable in front of the battery. there should be a small open well in front of the battery tray that can house any extra slack in the cable... does this help at all?

yeah.. thats the thing with cybergun... when the initially chrono their guns.. they do it with .12 to make it seem like they shoot fast... but everyone uses .20 and up... so in reality they shoot upper 300 range...

yes. the stock is actually metal on the inside with hard plastic covering it... and yes it is definitely worth buying. i have had mine for 2 years now and the only thing that went wrong was the battery. but that was like a month ago :)

ok. so the battery i recommend is a 8.4v stick battery and it has to be a MINI size adapter, or the battery will not hook up right to the guns connector

I got this gun for christmas but my box says 350. Either way its well worth the $200. I dont know if it is relevent but i play in the winter and it seams that the part saying kalishnakov on the gun fades away when you have sweaty hands on it.
