  • Me 'gar kalz Denez, met goulennan ac'hanon perak gweler banniel Bro-C'hall...

  • And the great specialist on Celtic culture left, it was to hard for him to answer the question what Celtic culture is.

He must be trying to relax by drinking some Breizh-Cola thinking it's an ancient Celtic tradition lol.

  • And you should know that 2000 years ago Armorica was on of the least Celtic parts of the Celtic world. With a population that pre-dated the Celts and had been influenced by them. Celts were farmers not sailors. The original Celtic culture of the Hallstaat is no where to be found in modern day Brittany in archeology. Only with the La Tene culture are there traces of Celtic influences in modern day Brittany.

Albert Grenier one of the biggest specialist on Celtic culture wrote it ;)

  • @Anquetil79 .....hmm tu m'a prouvé aujourd'hui que tes talents d'historiens étaient très limités hahaha don't be jealous because you are inexistant compare to the Celts...you suck that's all ...and once again

... THANK WHO IF YOU CAN OPEN YOUR GIANT MOUTH WITH THE CONQUEST OF ENGLAND ON YOU TUBE ?? the bretons :)

  • @TheSantbrieg We Normans can always open our mouths about great conquests. Hastings won by us (we had to save the Bretons who fleed just like they did against the forefathers of the Anglo-Saxons to whom they left the land to flee to Armorica)

We conquered a large united army of the Pope and Byzantine emperor in the battle of Civitate resulting in Norman power and control over all S-Italy and Sicily

The Normans conquered the state of Antioch in the Middle East.

What did the ppl of Brittany do?

  • @Anquetil79 My people came and conquered Normandy in WWII.We took it from the Germans, who I believe kicked the living shit out of the inhabitants of that land. You're welcome.lol.

  • @MrJabloney

What people are that? The Americans? Brits? Poles? Or any of the other that where in this jointed adventure.

Don't tell me your Canadian? That's just not being serious lol.

Ever heard of the Canadian conquest of Normandy? Not me ;)

But the world knows about the Norman conquest of England lol

  • I mean seriously comparing Breton history with Norman history? You have no chance.

The Bretons were the servants of their Norman masters as mercenaries at Hastings.

Normans conquered England, Wales, Ireland, made the nobility of Scotland Norman (Robert de Bruce king of Scotland was of Norman origins), conquered S-Italy & Sicily founded the kingdom of Sicily, conquered parts of N-Africa.

When you go to London you see the Tower of London a Norman building no Breton building.

    Sorry mon gars :(

  • @Anquetil79 who give a fuck of what you do in england is just a shitty country, lol...un monument par ici, une chanson par là... mais c'est de la merde ton truc comparer à la civilisation celte, tu pue c'est tout :)

  • @TheSantbrieg

What Celtic civilization? The Celtic civilization of Gaul that was made Roman?

Tell me what Celtic civilization are you talking about exactly lol Curious because yes over 2000 years ago yes. But today? Lol.

  • @Anquetil79 today euh.... eire, wales, cornish, isles of man, brittany and all manifestations all around the world ... normand civilisation WTF o_O

Cachetaez derryire vos eul horsain ;)

  • @Anquetil79

Without Bretons---> no conquest of England, never .

    Normandy identitiy today ---> mdr

    BRETONS >normands... in every domains

relax and enjoy a Breizh Cola :)

  • @TheSantbrieg The Breton army fled in Hastings, the Normans had to save them

The Breton counts paid their homage to the Norman dukes

Bretons won the battle of Civitate conquering & ruling all of Southern-Italy and Sicily? No the Normans did.

Norman identity; We have one part of Normandy independent from France (Jersey & Guernsey) at the same time the 44 was taken from Brittany

Norman laws are still official in insular Normandy and taught in continental Normandy

And you have Breizh Cola lol.

  • @Anquetil79 Norman saved them ---> MDR

    weak propaganda of anglo-saxon-norman .

  • @Anquetil79 Who give a fuck of tiny jersey & guernesey ?? mdr un club de troisieme âge friqué :)

  • @TheSantbrieg Who gives a fuck about the 44. It's now a part of France not of Brittany lol. At least we in Normandy can say that a part of Normandy still is ruled by Norman laws (who are taught in my continental Normandy in Caen even if the French banned them there ;) ) and who are completely independent from France.

The Bretons fleed against the Saxons and moved to Armorica, it must have been a tactic plan MDR!

  • @Anquetil79 Wrong anglo-saxon myth, ,the origin of immigration Breton , it was the Romans , under Maxim who called in the fourth century to the Breton contingent from across the Channel to fight against the Saxon pirates in Armorique (Brittany), Breton immigration has been on a long duration between the fourth century until the seventh century, the first troops were sent to Armorique and settled in the areas most threatened ..... stephen Oppeinheimer approve ;)

  • @TheSantbrieg

Tell me is there any Breton monuments in England or Italy?

    Because there are Norman ones.

And are you telling me that the Celtic culture is flourishing compared to the Scandinavian-Germanic cultures?

Only Ireland is independent, and the vast majority speaks English a Germanic language.

In Brittany the young Bretons are feeling more and more French and most speak French only

Norse countries are independent and they ALL speak their Germanic-Norse languages.

  • @Anquetil79 yes you invaded england.. but without the Bretons, surely not :(

CELT(me) > scandinavians uncivilised barbarians cunt (you)

  • @TheSantbrieg

Celtic culture still alive....How many Gaulish languages in French? 60? Is Pierre a Celtic name? or Charles? Robert? lol. The Celtic culture was so strong that it disapeared completely on the continent. The only reason people speak a Celtic language on the continent is because the Bretons fleed the Germanic Saxons.

Any Breton buildings in England? Nope but Norman yes ;)

Any Breton buildings in Italy? Nope but Norman yes ;)

You Bretons can't compare to us Normans, seriously.

  • @Anquetil79 you talk about FRENCH CULTURE norman/scandinavian was only uncivilized barbarians cunts when they arrived on the coasts of "france" lololololol

    ... you're crazy dumb mdr

  • @TheSantbrieg

Is that why they discovered the American continent first of all Europeans lol

At least the Norse had their own alphabet the Celts had none until they adopted the Greek or Roman alphabet.

  • @TheSantbrieg The Vikings did not need France to discover the American continent first of all Europeans 500 years before Columbus. Perhaps they needed France for that lol.

Or perhaps they needed France when they created the oldest parliament in the world today the Althingi.

    You can't be serious.

Sad to say and I mean this, the Celts are the big losers of Europe. They lost their lands, their language reduced to nothing. The Germanic, Latin and Slaves did well on the other hand.

  • @Anquetil79 Ask that to the irish welsh cornish ect.... even the english don't agree lol...damn you suck

  • @TheSantbrieg So you are telling me that if ppl go to Ireland the Irish will all be speaking Irish Gaelic to each other and not English.....Delusional lol.

    Let's compare Brittany and Iceland.

    As Celtic versus Viking.

    Brittany not independent.

    Iceland independent.

Bretons speak by far mostly only French.

    Icelanders all speak Icelandic.

The Icelanders discovered America, have the oldest parliament in the world and literature such as the Sagas and Eddas.

    Bretons they have Breizh Cola.

  • @TheSantbrieg We in Normandy also conquered all Southern-Italy and Sicily not the Bretons.

Before going to England William the Conqueror destroyed the armies of the Frankish king Henri I twise. At the battle of Mortemer and Varaville. The French greatly outnumbered the Normans but again the Normans won.

No wonder the Breton counts paid their homage to the Norman dukes.

  • @Anquetil79 Southern-Italy and Sicily ... woooo !!! awesome !!!! lol...compare to the celts, sorry but is shit :)

  • @TheSantbrieg

    Compared to the Celts?

I am talking about Normandy versus Brittany here.

The Celts got conquered remember by the Romans. Not the Scandinavians or Germanic. You don't want me to start to go talk about Germanic conquests believe me lol.

No here we are talking about Brittany and Normandy.

But as you can not compare to us in Normandy you have to try to use some other sources lol.

Relax, drink some Breizh Cola :)

  • @TheSantbrieg

Since you talk about Celtic culture. Celtic culture was the culture of farmers just like with the Germanic people ;)

Urbanization is from the Mediterranean not Celtic.

So you have a problem with Celtic culture also? Lol.

  • @Anquetil79 I haven't a problem with celtic culture.. it's mine.. lol

  • @TheSantbrieg

You don't even know what Celtic culture is lol.

What is Celtic culture? I know you think it's drinking Breizh-Cola but it's not.

You have no idea what Celtic culture is. Tell me do you speak in a Celtic language to your parents and friends or do you speak French to them? Because French is not a Celtic language ;)

Breizh-Cola is an adoption of an American invention lol.

    The Dolmens are not Celtic.

The architecture all around you in Brittany is not Celtic.

    Your culture? Lol.

  • @TheSantbrieg Normandy 100% French? Lol I wonder why Insular Normandy is not a part of France then lol.

But the 44 is 100% not in Brittany ;)

  • now i want to go there...

    Xd

did d.p. still live in the bretagne?

  • @AlexandraVioletta Of course he does... I'm pretty sure he will live there the rest of his life :)
