@FATALHeaDShOtZ lol same with me. my pr is 17'7 and I'm 5'7.5. What I've been doing lately was just working on my form, because that's my main problem. If that's not your issue, I'd say working on the takeoff, landing, and sprinting speed. Do lots of sprinting exercises and use resistance bands too
