  • @ErbFarmer Well, you are better off just doing therapy and eating healthier. As long as you eat healthy and throw away the junk food. You should be fine until you fully recover.

  • @Alex1996P thanx for the help, i got frozen shoulder from a bad surgery and was afraid to move it because he didnt sew it shut, but anyways thanks for the help.

  • @ErbFarmer This questions falls outside my experience base, as well as outside of my scope of practice and falls into the hands of a physiotherapist. Before you get there the best suggestion I can offer is you get a hold of a good man - Rick over at ExerciseForInjuries . com where if you contact him asap he will get back to you. This is his specialty. It's the best I can do. I can make someone better AFTER they've been fixed, but I can't fix you.

  • @Bleach9235 here's a good work out for abs. get your right or left hand whichever you prefer...extend your index finger and stick it down your throat

  • @Bleach9235 do like 60 crunches take a 5 min break do 60 more for like 3 reps. just made that up dont know if it works

  • @Bleach9235 heres a tip... abs are 90% nutrition. u will NOT get abs if u dont have proper nutrition. even if you do 390802948234 crunches a day it aint gonna do squat w/o the nutition. You dont even really need to work abs that much. a couple times a week maybe a couple days apart (IE mon and thurs) and just do a few crunches. properly. One big tip, engage ur core in EVERY EXERCISE YOU DO!!. do that and theres ur 6 pack! there is ur tip and ur not gonna get any better than that. =)

  • @Bleach9235 well if you want a six pack you have to loose fat so you can see your belly muscles

    then you have to build up your muscles with different exercies you know what i mean?

    when you do exercises you sometimes will have a 6 pack but you are not going to see it unless you loose belly fat

    i would reccomend healthy food (in my opinion fast food is the worst thing like mcdonalds or burger king) and go walking every second day but not to fast and not to long (sry if my english is not so good)
