My family thanks you a thousand times simply for teaching me how to make rotis! They love to hear "We're having Manjula for dinner tonight!" because they know it will be tasty, nutritious and perfectly balanced. Thank you for what you do.
Could you also advise on the ingredients/quantities for sweet lassi flavored with rosewater? When i first tasted lassi I preferred the mango, but recently the more "plain" version without it has been appealing to me. I bought some rosewater recently, but so far have not had the best success with it.
Manjula! i wonder if you can answer something for me, What does the Cardemon do to the Mango Lassi? And two, if i dont have any Cardemon, will it still taste good, or will it just be a smoothie instead of a Lassi? Thank You. :)
Ohhh, that looks light and very delish...Can't wait to make this. It's very hot here in the south so this will be refreshing...Thank you for this post...Namaste.
