I'm sorry, but @NoWhErEoUtThErE I'm a professional live sound installation technician and in all of my years dealing with live sound and venues, I have never, ever, once come across a reader. I am also a venue promoter and have book hundreds of bands. Not ONE of them have EVER used what you call a reader. How would that even work? Someone reading you the lyrics at the same time you're trying to recite them? Have you ever even played a show loud enough to require something beyond wedges?

Oh and also, Tom gets lazy sometimes and doesn't play the guitar in parts he should. Like this song for example, there are parts where he's singing to nothing but drums. No guitar and bass. He has a really hard time playing and singing at the same time.

thats not what they are for at all, they are in ear moniters so you can hear whats going on on stage as opposed to having speakers on stage, the mix that goes througg the PA is very different to what it sounds like on stage so you use either speakers for fold back or in ear moniters, i know this because i'm in a band and play gigs so i've had a fair few conversations with different sound guys

They need to add another guitarist for a more 'fuller' sound, like Green Day did. Tom isn't a good enough guitar player to carry a band by himself. And I mean that seriously, and I love Blink. You don't see many 3-piece bands out there anymore, you almost need an extra guitar player on tour - one for rhythm and one for lead.

The rarity of the three piece just adds to the magic when the play. Sure they arent greenday or muse live, but they are a fucking blast to go see. so much good energy.
