i had a jet for around a year, and all i can say is: its an incredibly slow phone. it not a smartphone either.

if you're looking for a nice low-end feature-phone, the jet is great. it does nothing wrong.

if you want a smartphone, look further.

its an illusion, they use a scrim type screen like they do in theater. The presenters stand under a keylight that is at a down angle and brighter than the projection. If they were lit from the back and front it would illuminate the scrim. The design and direction of the 3d animation gives the illusion that it moves in real 3d space. The animation looks controlled by the presenters using infra-red sensing like that used on Microsofts Natal system.
