Jason would OWN Leatherface. Jason has stealth, but, on the other hand Leatherface has a chainsaw witch could tear people apart more painfully. With zombie a machete is better because it has less sound, and doesn't need oil. Chainsaws, however need oil and would attract more zombies. Zombies can be drawn to sound so while it could protect you for a little while, in the end you are screwed. So my vote with what is better, and who is better... Jason, and machete.

@TheBluejay68 Leatherface is my favourite killer. But that statement is true. And in the 2nd TCM movie, Leatherface had a chain motherf*cking saw in his stomach and he was still battling. He is one brave fucker. But on the other hand, Jason has survived MANY explosions, guns, knives, ect. They are both great killers ! :) But yes... Jason V would win. But once AGAIN, Leatherface is pretty badass.

meh... Jason will just come back in the next movie. He is undead, after all. And last time I checked, chainsaws vibrated much more, and were much heavier than machetes. Thus, it would be much slower than the machete. Not to mention, jason can (ridiculousy)teleport far distances absolutely silently. It also makes no sense that they can't find him until Jason comes out of hiding.

LeatherFace is a retarded redneck from texas but still, in purest form, a human....Jason was some retarded unholy undead killing machine who wont stay down. The winner should be a no brainer, but in a zombie apox, I want a machete as a tool FIRST and weapon second. Chainsaws would be great for getting into buildings for scavenging, but in combat, not at all. If you ever cut down trees with an AVERAGE Chainsaw, its a hard, tiring, and LONG process. For building defenses, great, not for battle.

I have a firend that works in landscaping and he tell me a twig can stop a chiansaw,it problably would only do damage to soft tissue(skin,organs,so on) and woulm jam with hard tissue(bones).Maybe if it was a fireman chainsaw with a chain that has blades that are made for cutting anything in front of it might work,but good luck finding one.

@MovieGaps Actually in Friday The 13TH Jason Goes To Hell it would appear that mrs Voorhees used the necronomicon ( the book of the dead from the Evil Dead series) to resurrect Jason some time after he drowned in the lake as a kid and then he eventually witnessed his mothers death and carryed on her work... mr Voorhees using the necronomicon does explain all his super natural abilities and it was further stated in the Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash comics but i guess its really up to the fans to decide
