no you have to fry it up with a lil bit of various spices added mine do not end up dry because when i get to the second side i add cheese and put the lid on the frying pan. perfecto!
My friend showed me Boca. I didn't think I ever had fake meat before. I was shocked, we made scrambled hamburger for pasta it was pretty good! Right now I'm making a Boca cheese burger. Yours is probably better and healthier. :D

I wouldn't say they taste like real meat..but I am going to incorporate these to my diet soon. 100 calories and 19g protein...I love it!
