Actually, an alto can sing the songs Belle sings from Beauty And The Beast; though I'll admit tis a bit of a higher alto, but not too high. Other than that Disney does tend to use Metzo Sopranos, and regular Sopranos. Shame too.

@MissMegara Oh yeah, I guess belle's songs could be considered alto. I just know that every time I try to sing one of them, my voice breaks. (I'm a pretty low alto, myself.) I'd give my left arm for the next (singing) princess to have a lower voice. (I don't think Brave will have any songs, right?)

Maybe it's because I didn't use the original but the German Soundtrack CD and the voice part was somehow differently positioned there...? I admit, I have no idea...^^

i've noticed for some reason that english versions seem to have WAY more reverb and better instrumentals are made with foreign dubs. at any rate, i'm SUPER GLAD that you did this, i've been wanting to sing this for a while!

that is it right there!!! iz a foren version!!!! i did the same thing w/ whole new world. i tried to remove the vocals of the soundtrack english version, but their voices were stereo, so they did not get removed. same w/ the italian version. so i also had the swedish version. i thought it was mixed the same as the other 2. but it wasn't! the vocals were almost completely removed and i could actually hear pretty good the instrumental.
