Wofür ist das Trainiung gut? Schnelligeit? Krafrt? Welche Muskelpartien werden gezielt trainiert? Sinn dahinter?

Für beides zusammen...also für die sogenannte Schnellkraft! Welche Muskelpartien sieht man ja eigentlich: Schulter (M. deltoideus + Rotatorenmanschette), Oberarm (M. brachialis, M. biceps brachii u. M. triceps brachii), Brust (M. pectoralis major u. minor) aber auch den Unterarm beim Halten und Ausgleichen des Gewichts. Teile vom Rücken und durch das Auf- u. Abheben der Gewichte auch die Oberschenkelmuskulatur.

Hauptsächlich die Schultern, aber auch der Bizeps durchs hochziehen und die Beine, wenn er runtergeht.

Beim schräg nach oben drücken eigentlich auch noch der Trizeps, aber hier glaube ich nicht so hart.

Die Schnelligkeit ist wichtig, die hier mit viel Kraft kombiniert wird, würd ich jetzt mal so sagen.
