it is because when dc running at slow speed only a tiny amount of power is delivered to the tracks. but when running fast there is more voltage. So basically when u run slowly there is not enough power for the lights so they flicker. DCC has a constant power supply but the decoder tells the loco how much to use.
Yes, except for $35 i was sortta hoping for metal wheels instead of plastic. go to Powerline's website and find the Freightline section of the Rollingstock section and choose what colour wagon you want. I dont think you can mix containers around though.
ok Because ny NR Class NR52 runs perfectly but the lights flicker on slow speed but dcc is meant to fix it. Have a look at my videos.
