If I understood it correctly, it concluded that there is more differances in DNA within a race then between races, therefore proving that there is in fact no scientific basis for race. Other then our cultural upbringings and choices of belief, there does appear to be only one race.

To achieve a high level of development as a people, as a civilization, (like some of us hope Mu and Lemuria once had), one where our human potential for peace and joy are much more prevalent then what we experience in general in the World today, ....

Since then, my family never fillls out the "Whats your race" section of any application form. If we must, we put "other" but our preffered answer is:
Question: Race?
Answer: Human.
