Thank you, for this video. I thought I was the only person, I thought I was a failing christian because I find myself praying seemingly every two minutes for forgiveness. I felt like I just could never be good enough. So thank you, because I'm on the verge of tears. God really impressed it upon your heart to make this video for me, and I'm sure for so many others.
You know, I grew up in church and resented the pretenciousness you said you had that many ppl/youth have in church. Also theiir unwillingness to discuss true issues and preferance for repeating the same lines which is a part of indoctrination. So I slowly left the church first emotionally, then physically. But I missed it so much, so started visiting other churches and praise God I'm coming bk. Don't let others define God, just pray/share with them. Thanks Tenchijk.

I think that you are blessed with faith you know to even believe in God is a blessing, I'm a young person and I am saved but I believe Jesus died for everyone and that once we repent and tell God that we're giving our lives to him and after we wash off all the sin through baptism in Jesus name, that we are able to lead a better life. We will still sin but I believe that if you have the holyghost inside of you and you're listening to God and you're trying your best to not commit sin, then it's ok

Well,..yea,..you do curse alot. lol I slip and can go like a sailor when I get angry. But to the point about sin. Many churches talk about it but don't really know what sin is. 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for SIN is the transgression of the LAW.,.....yep, just like Paul (whom many don't understand as Peter said) you have to learn The Most High's laws to know you're sinning. Every authority has laws and of course he does. The greatest commandment is LOVE!
@v8diva Sin is a disconnection from God. All the things that follow are because we are disconnected from his grace through the first disobedience(adam/eve)likewise, through Christ we are connected again with Christ as our only mediator. God also told us , there is no love in us, only Christ is love. So christ is the greatest commandment.

@lesserthan03 Well, Jesus died for the sinners. We are sinners. And he died for us... He shed his blood. The blood of Jesus is poured upon our sins and we are made clean by the Lord. So, we are without spot or blemish in the eyes of the Lord if we repent, and give our hearts to the Lord. However, he didn't die just for our sins, he died so we can have a relationship with him where we serve him, and he takes care of anything we need.

and also if your leader falls (publicly into sin, is unfaithful to his wife or runs off with the church's money...) just remember that it could happen, just because they are leaders in a church it doesnt mean they are perfect (I know this should be the goal, "be holy, for I am holy" Lev 11:45) Just know that if Christ forgave them, as he also forgives us, who are we to condemn them? Of course they have to seek forgiveness and show repent.. probably wont be taking more leadership positions for a
I believe that when searching for a church the most important thing is that of course they teach the truth, the salvation through Jesus Christ, follow the Bible and all... but beware of congregations that focus too much on their leader/pastor, because mankind are prone to failure, and I am not saying not to follow their leaders, just to filter everything with the Bible, because false prophets will always rise
but, when the line between right and wrong is difficult to see... I just remember Matthew 22:36-40:

Since some "religions" like to control what people do by saying: if you do this or that you will go to hell... Im a muslim. But woah this video really does speak to me. I mean sure there are some differences between our religion. I read the verse earlier yesterday and was thinking if anyone else thinks about the gift God gave them and how to use it for the purpose of God. The world's most populated religion is CHRISTIANITY (including Catholic, Anglicans, Protestants etc..) Without the grouping, the 2nd is still Catholic. So be firm. Catholics still accept Protestants as equal Christians because we have the same bible, we believe in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. (Holy Trinity) and we got your back if you believe Jesus firmly. I've felt the same way in my search for God. I grew up in a Christian home and Christian family, Christian values. Grew up going to church every Sunday and praying in school everyday. But still, prayers are just words and the bible is just a book and people keep telling me to pray to be saved and I did but it's like nothing changes. I've definitely felt like it's impossible to not sin so why bother. I'm coming off of that now but still I have my struggles and doubts and things like that.

Don't worry about what ppl will think of u for doin this cause I hav lived "the right way" all my life and what I got was meeting the best ppl in the world, being loved by everyone and staying strong and calm. In school days ppl considered me the most beautiful in the class but I don't think it was my outside appearance but my inside :D

Animals and jin are made the same way. They can only do what they are precisely made to do. It's really as easy as that. It's the whole reason we r able to sin and why we are able to feel all kinds of emotions and do good things also. It's just the way it is. There are a lot of things you say about life period that are very much like what my father says at times but the difference is mostly faith. But um It's almost 2 in the morn and I have classes tomorrow so bye for now.
I just don't believe in Christianity. I believe God is fair and just...so why would he give the burden of everyone' sins to Jesus. That just doesn't resonate with me.
@safa4eva BECAUSE he is JUST. If he wasn't just we'd have to resolve this impossible sin on our own. It is OUR sin to bear, and OUR punish alone. but because he IS fair, and just , he sent his own son as a sacrifice so we wouldn't have to have this burden. But because people don't know God's heart, they just think in their own way . And judge him to be unfair. If you just understood what God wanted from us, you'd realize he IS a God of love , and mercy and grace.

@hyde46 how is it way better . In islam you serve a God as a servant, and never get to have a relationship with him. You pray in him 5 times a day for the the sake of getting into heaven and escaping hell. While in Christianity , we recieve Son-ship, not servitude. And we have fellowship with God , freely and under grace. There is love, not fear. And there is no condition in being with God, only belief and faith in his Son. While islam focuses on our good deeds, and efforts.

@hyde46 LOL no I wouldn't have. I read the Q'uran. I've discussed islam with countless people. Whether it was out of curiosity ,or just my quest to find the truth I researched into Islam. I see why you might say its the truth because you see things outwardly. It SEEMS like they are working "harder" in their religious duties, or doing more good deeds. But its inside the heart that matters. Sin is innate in everyone, and no countless begging is gonna free u from sin. only Christ .

And I've had very similar struggles. Everytime I try to like "start over". Get my sins forgiven and do better next time. Except then I mess up and it goes downhill from there. I'm so tired of it. I feel so confused. Why are there so many different types of churches?
@julienesslove I did a lot of research and realized the church that I always thought and believed was the most "correct", actually has teaching flaws (it's pentecostal, but really mild moretowards evangelic, we can cut our hair and wear make up and all that stuff lol). Anyway, this kind of crushed me. I don't know what to believe anymore. What is the right way? I feel so lost. All I know is God is real... But that's not enough, obviously.
@julienesslove It's wrong to think that one religion is 'correct' and one is 'incorrect'. Each are different, not wrong. Don't focus too much on the 'religion'. Focus more on 'faith', Religion is more about power and money while Faith is about love hope and forgiveness.
@julienesslove BTW, what kind of church were you in? There are so much branches of Christianity that started to wander throughout the ages and lose its originality. And its not just branches. The branches may be fine but there are weird churches that teach weird, distorted things and it's really sad... I just want to tell you to trust the bible and concentrate on your faith. @hyde46 Do you know why i don't believe in Islam? There are many reasons but one is this. In the revelation- 22-1 " If anyone takes away from the word of the book of this prophecy , God shall take away his part in the book of life, from the holy city, and from ALL things which are written in this book" Q'uran was written centuries, CENTURIES, AFTER the bible was completed. To me, the bible is a much more creditable source , not only because it came first but because you can see Gods heart.

Jesus was a human being like you and myself but to say he was son of god is putting your lord on the level of mankind when he is high above that. @PopperMcpopcorn TO understand why Jesus came , you need to understand the past. The old covenant between God and man. Because Sin existed, they needed a way to get rid of it... No good deed would ever set them free. So they had a covenant/promise from God, that if you kill a sheep ( a certain ritual, i won't get too much into). Then your sins would be transferred over to that sheep. And they would kill that sheep. And it would die instead of you who were deserving. Cont.
@PopperMcpopcorn However, it was foretold that God will send the ultimate sacrifice, that need no death anymore after his death. That ALL sin , past , present and future would be on this sacrifices back. And on the cross he bore his punished FOR us, because we could not please God with our good deeds, or by keeping his laws... So all who believed in his Son would be saved from Sin , and need not enter hell. It was a free gift that God gave, it is man who rejected it.

Satan refused because he was jealous. Eve was created and they lived together in paradise. Satan ruined that by telling eve lies which she believed and told adam. They picked forbidden fruit and were punished for it. They were sent to earth to stay instead. Now god could have given a much worse punishment (hell)...
@PopperMcpopcorn God placed Adam in eden. A wonderful place he could have fellowship with him. Eve comes into the picture due to Adams loneliness. God has set 1 commandment, which was to not eat the fruit of the knowledge of Good and evil. God said , you shall surely die if you eat it. Satan tempted eve to eat the fruit, but in reality it was Eve who was already sinned BEFORE she even ate the fruit. She first needed to go against God inside her heart to even consider eating the fruit...
@PopperMcpopcorn She didn't trust in God's words "ye shall surely die"... and she trusted in her own judgment/ satans words. She then gave it to Adam who ALSO went against God inside his heart, otherwise he wouldn't even consider eating the fruit. God kicked them both out, because they were now cursed with Sin. Sin is like a virus , which makes them unclean . God could no longer have the fellowship they had... because of sin. He needed to get RID of sin 100% to have the same fellowship. cont.
@PopperMcpopcorn People could never become clean by themselves, by begging, praying etc.. So God needed to send his Son Jesus to die , instead of Us.. so we may become clean freely , and be with God. If Jesus didn't die for us, we'd be responsible with a sin we could never get rid of. But God is just, and loving and that is why He sent his Son. He HAD to send his son, otherwise he'd be leaving all of us to die and enter hell. But praise be to God who sent his son, to save us.
@Tenchijk I still have to disagree. The only creation god gave free will to are human beings, they can think for themselves, angels do what they are made to do and can never disobey god. It's impossible for them because they don't have the will to think and carry out anything but what god says. Humans have free will for a reason. Everything god does is planned out. He knows everything about each of us and what will happen to each of us through out our lifetime before we r even born.

After more people were created in the world satan spread his lies and more sin was commited. @hyde46 It says do not take away from the word of God, but yet in the Quran although the old testament is similar, the Quran takes away the only true SAVIOR. Muhammad is man who've sinned, but Jesus was sinless and IS God. The Quran left everyone to become servants of God, when truly God wanted us to become his sons/daughters. The bible came first to liberate people, but the Quran came to imprison people to worship a fearful God. God is not fearful, he is Loving, and wants us all to be with him.

But how do you read the teachings of Mohammed if this is what you think of the Quran. Please enlighten me. I like what you said. I'm a person who has constantly repented, day in and day out, for every wicked thought, wrong turn, just everything. And still I've feared that I wasn't a good person. I think I've gained some peace from this video. I'd still repent though. Personally I see it like this, I apologize for things I know my mother or friends would tacitly forgive me for anyway. @ElegantEden That's a dangerous thing you've said because it came from your own mind, not the word of God. That might sound like the right thing to do, but God is not like your mother or friends. When God says he forgave you , he forgave you . And repentance is to TURN BACK to God, not to say I'm sorry or apologize from the heart . Repentance is to admit you were 100% wrong, and now willing to go back to God. So give thanks to him, not apologize, and when you go the wrong path , repent(turnback)

@etkaty A person can't change over night. I've been working on fixing my cussing. It is easy to judge me, but i'm sure there is something in your life as well that u can't seem to stop even if you want to. What makes me any different? :) . You've hit some good points Tenchi, but do work on that cussing factor. That may come as a confusion to some people who see videos like these and your nonreligious videos. Remember Ephesians 5:4. Trust me, I know its hard I come from a family of potty mouths, lol. But its best that this be a personal struggle in private and not one that can make others stumble. Remember how the Bible talks about not presenting yourself as a stumbling block for others.

@kleo48 That's the most common question, if there is a God why etc etc. First of all.. who are we to ask God for anything really? We are just mere creation, he is the all powerful God. He doesn't HAVE to do any of those things you ask. But the reality of it is, that he GAVE us another way. A better world then this one called Heaven. He always tells us to not put our hopes in this world, because it is only a shadow of what is to come. The suffering in this world didn't come from God, but from sin
@kleo48 We often blame God for everything, but the results of that stems from sin, and ultimately humans caused this. God helps those who search for him, he never turns then down. However, many reject him because of how the world became. How can you blame God for the mistake you've made, and all that human beings have destroyed. Countless wars occured because of the hatred in the heart of man, not of God. God gave us a choice to return to him, and that is through his son Jesus Christ.
@kleo48 so in conclusion, God is a God of mercy , and love. He WANTS to give us prosperity , and peace...however it is the wickedness of mankind that rejects it. You ask why isn't he helping? He IS helping those who seek after him, and he IS guiding people, and moving their hearts to help those people who are hungry and dying. When you become sick, or things out of your hands.. you will realize how weak we really are. We can't even control 5 mins of our lives. The point is to have a relationship with God in this life, so we may enter his kingdom as he promised. And many SAY they believe in God, but when you look into their hearts, they never even KNEW God. They believed in him in their OWN way , in their own mind. But to believe in God, you must first KNOW him.

Only within a bubble they can, but there are many things out of there hands. This is when you will realize you don't really control your own life, and need help. @JNaritchie now you KNOW. but that doesn't become faith without the promise of God. Which is a verse in the bible that gives you faith. Ex. " Their sins and their lawless acts I shall remember no more" - when you have that inside your heart, you will always be assured. 'ah.. God doesn't remember my sins anymore. ' you become free, not free to do whatever, but free from the condemnation. Then after it becomes faith, you follow in Jesus' foot steps, and ask him to guide your ways.

And I also feel the same way about being a sinner. Like you can never stop being one. But my main problem is that I feel like I've never really ''felt'' God. Some people who do not believe in god, can't believe in God because they can't see him, like the physical appearance. People who are without faith uses their senses to search for God and the senses are physical aspects not spirituals ones such as faith. I have seriously heard people say "their know they are going to hell so what is the point of trying to please God. I believe some people who think that way at the end days will tell God, Just send me on my way, I already know where i was going.
I completely went the same way you did minus the drugs and gangs. I remember one time where I was so angry at God I pick-up the bible and through it on the floor, stepped on it and asked God butt out of my life. Unfortunately it didn't end well for me because few days later after countless self realization, I ran back back to god like a crying child that needed a pacifier. Like you I was Force into believing God, but I never did I needed to believe God on my own and that is what happened.
But bottom line Jesus is the way and I do emphasize the only way that you can enter into heaven. Jesus dying on the cross for our sins is the ultimate sacrifice. And that let's us know how much he loves us. That's the greatest love of all to me. But satan has a plan for us and he's trying to gather as many souls as he can. So now is not the time to look the other way and I think we should be aware of what's really going on. We can't afford not to.
We make it all so complicated, when it really don't have to be. I was one of those Christians who thought God looked at you for your works. And weather you kept his ten commandments, that was huge when I was growing up. But I couldn't help it that was the way I was taught :/ I had all my philosophies about life in place. So I opened my heart to what Tenchi was saying and I really listened and heard. I was beating myself up trying to prove to God that I was worthy of getting in heaven.
@nema63 yea, but the fact was, we all DON'T deserve to get into heaven, regardless of what we do. Thats why our only choice is Jesus. and what he has DONE for US. Which was done on that cross. I used to not believe in God or religion in general but I was close to suicide once and he was the only one I could turn too. Whether he exists or not he saved my life so I'd glad he exists for me =) I got hella scared when I read that if you suicide (equal to murder) you burn in hell forever! You know, I grew up in church and resented the pretenciousness you said you had that many ppl/youth have in church. Also theiir unwillingness to discuss true issues and preferance for repeating the same lines which is a part of indoctrination. So I slowly left the church first emotionally, then physically. But I missed it so much, so started visiting other churches and praise God I'm coming bk. Don't let others define God, just pray/share with them. Thanks Tenchijk.

I think that you are blessed with faith you know to even believe in God is a blessing, I'm a young person and I am saved but I believe Jesus died for everyone and that once we repent and tell God that we're giving our lives to him and after we wash off all the sin through baptism in Jesus name, that we are able to lead a better life. We will still sin but I believe that if you have the holyghost inside of you and you're listening to God and you're trying your best to not commit sin, then it's ok

Many churches talk about it but don't really know what sin is. 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for SIN is the transgression of the LAW.,.....yep, just like Paul (whom many don't understand as Peter said) you have to learn The Most High's laws to know you're sinning. Every authority has laws and of course he does. The greatest commandment is LOVE!

All the things that follow are because we are disconnected from his grace through the first disobedience(adam/eve)likewise, through Christ we are connected again with Christ as our only mediator. God also told us , there is no love in us, only Christ is love. So christ is the greatest commandment.

@lesserthan03 Well, Jesus died for the sinners. We are sinners. And he died for us... He shed his blood. The blood of Jesus is poured upon our sins and we are made clean by the Lord. So, we are without spot or blemish in the eyes of the Lord if we repent, and give our hearts to the Lord. However, he didn't die just for our sins, he died so we can have a relationship with him where we serve him, and he takes care of anything we need.

For everyone, you can be in religion, and not be in a relationship with Christ. Christianity, Islam, and so on are all religion, and distractions. Focus on the prize, your prize is Jesus. Start walking with Him, listen to Him, He wants to win your heart. Open your heart to Him, not for anyone's sake, but for your sake and for His sake. The world's most populated religion is CHRISTIANITY (including Catholic, Anglicans, Protestants etc..) Without the grouping, the 2nd is still Catholic. So be firm. Catholics still accept Protestants as equal Christians because we have the same bible, we believe in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. (Holy Trinity) and we got your back if you believe Jesus firmly. I've felt the same way in my search for God. I grew up in a Christian home and Christian family, Christian values. Grew up going to church every Sunday and praying in school everyday. But still, prayers are just words and the bible is just a book and people keep telling me to pray to be saved and I did but it's like nothing changes. I've definitely felt like it's impossible to not sin so why bother. I'm coming off of that now but still I have my struggles and doubts and things like that.

Don't worry about what ppl will think of u for doin this cause I hav lived "the right way" all my life and what I got was meeting the best ppl in the world, being loved by everyone and staying strong and calm. In school days ppl considered me the most beautiful in the class but I don't think it was my outside appearance but my inside :D

I am glad that you were able to step out on faith and make this video acknowledging your love for Christ because if you can't do that and are willing to turn your back on him for the cares of this fallen away world he will do the same to you on Judgment Day. . . Animals and jin are made the same way. They can only do what they are precisely made to do. It's really as easy as that. It's the whole reason we r able to sin and why we are able to feel all kinds of emotions and do good things also. It's just the way it is. There are a lot of things you say about life period that are very much like what my father says at times but the difference is mostly faith. But um It's almost 2 in the morn and I have classes tomorrow so bye for now.

I just don't believe in Christianity. I believe God is fair and just...so why would he give the burden of everyone' sins to Jesus. That just doesn't resonate with me.

@safa4eva BECAUSE he is JUST. If he wasn't just we'd have to resolve this impossible sin on our own. It is OUR sin to bear, and OUR punish alone. but because he IS fair, and just , he sent his own son as a sacrifice so we wouldn't have to have this burden. But because people don't know God's heart, they just think in their own way . And judge him to be unfair. If you just understood what God wanted from us, you'd realize he IS a God of love , and mercy and grace.

@hyde46 how is it way better . In islam you serve a God as a servant, and never get to have a relationship with him. You pray in him 5 times a day for the the sake of getting into heaven and escaping hell. While in Christianity , we recieve Son-ship, not servitude. And we have fellowship with God , freely and under grace. There is love, not fear. And there is no condition in being with God, only belief and faith in his Son. While islam focuses on our good deeds, and efforts.

@hyde46 LOL no I wouldn't have. I read the Q'uran. I've discussed islam with countless people. Whether it was out of curiosity ,or just my quest to find the truth I researched into Islam. I see why you might say its the truth because you see things outwardly. It SEEMS like they are working "harder" in their religious duties, or doing more good deeds. But its inside the heart that matters. Sin is innate in everyone, and no countless begging is gonna free u from sin. only Christ .

And I've had very similar struggles. Everytime I try to like "start over". Get my sins forgiven and do better next time. Except then I mess up and it goes downhill from there. I'm so tired of it. I feel so confused. Why are there so many different types of churches?

@julienesslove I did a lot of research and realized the church that I always thought and believed was the most "correct", actually has teaching flaws (it's pentecostal, but really mild moretowards evangelic, we can cut our hair and wear make up and all that stuff lol). Anyway, this kind of crushed me. I don't know what to believe anymore. What is the right way? I feel so lost. All I know is God is real... But that's not enough, obviously.

@julienesslove It's wrong to think that one religion is 'correct' and one is 'incorrect'. Each are different, not wrong. Don't focus too much on the 'religion'. Focus more on 'faith', Religion is more about power and money while Faith is about love hope and forgiveness.

In the revelation- 22-1 " If anyone takes away from the word of the book of this prophecy , God shall take away his part in the book of life, from the holy city, and from ALL things which are written in this book" Q'uran was written centuries, CENTURIES, AFTER the bible was completed. @PopperMcpopcorn TO understand why Jesus came , you need to understand the past. The old covenant between God and man. Because Sin existed, they needed a way to get rid of it... No good deed would ever set them free. So they had a covenant/promise from God, that if you kill a sheep ( a certain ritual, i won't get too much into). Then your sins would be transferred over to that sheep. And they would kill that sheep. And it would die instead of you who were deserving. Cont.

@PopperMcpopcorn However, it was foretold that God will send the ultimate sacrifice, that need no death anymore after his death. That ALL sin , past , present and future would be on this sacrifices back. And on the cross he bore his punished FOR us, because we could not please God with our good deeds, or by keeping his laws... So all who believed in his Son would be saved from Sin , and need not enter hell. It was a free gift that God gave, it is man who rejected it.

Satan refused because he was jealous. Eve was created and they lived together in paradise. Satan ruined that by telling eve lies which she believed and told adam. They picked forbidden fruit and were punished for it. They were sent to earth to stay instead. Now god could have given a much worse punishment (hell)...

God has set 1 commandment, which was to not eat the fruit of the knowledge of Good and evil. God said , you shall surely die if you eat it. Satan tempted eve to eat the fruit, but in reality it was Eve who was already sinned BEFORE she even ate the fruit. She first needed to go against God inside her heart to even consider eating the fruit...

She then gave it to Adam who ALSO went against God inside his heart, otherwise he wouldn't even consider eating the fruit. God kicked them both out, because they were now cursed with Sin. Sin is like a virus , which makes them unclean . God could no longer have the fellowship they had... because of sin. He needed to get RID of sin 100% to have the same fellowship. cont.

@PopperMcpopcorn People could never become clean by themselves, by begging, praying etc.. So God needed to send his Son Jesus to die , instead of Us.. so we may become clean freely , and be with God. If Jesus didn't die for us, we'd be responsible with a sin we could never get rid of. But God is just, and loving and that is why He sent his Son. He HAD to send his son, otherwise he'd be leaving all of us to die and enter hell. But praise be to God who sent his son, to save us.

@Tenchijk I still have to disagree. The only creation god gave free will to are human beings, they can think for themselves, angels do what they are made to do and can never disobey god. It's impossible for them because they don't have the will to think and carry out anything but what god says. Humans have free will for a reason. Everything god does is planned out. He knows everything about each of us and what will happen to each of us through out our lifetime before we r even born.

Muhammad is man who've sinned, but Jesus was sinless and IS God. The Quran left everyone to become servants of God, when truly God wanted us to become his sons/daughters. I like what you said. I'm a person who has constantly repented, day in and day out, for every wicked thought, wrong turn, just everything. And still I've feared that I wasn't a good person. I think I've gained some peace from this video. I'd still repent though. Personally I see it like this, I apologize for things I know my mother or friends would tacitly forgive me for anyway. When God says he forgave you , he forgave you . And repentance is to TURN BACK to God, not to say I'm sorry or apologize from the heart . You've hit some good points Tenchi, but do work on that cussing factor. That may come as a confusion to some people who see videos like these and your nonreligious videos. Remember Ephesians 5:4. Trust me, I know its hard I come from a family of potty mouths, lol. But its best that this be a personal struggle in private and not one that can make others stumble. Remember how the Bible talks about not presenting yourself as a stumbling block for others.

@kleo48 That's the most common question, if there is a God why etc etc. First of all.. who are we to ask God for anything really? We are just mere creation, he is the all powerful God. He doesn't HAVE to do any of those things you ask. But the reality of it is, that he GAVE us another way. A better world then this one called Heaven. He always tells us to not put our hopes in this world, because it is only a shadow of what is to come. The suffering in this world didn't come from God, but from sin

@kleo48 We often blame God for everything, but the results of that stems from sin, and ultimately humans caused this. God helps those who search for him, he never turns then down. However, many reject him because of how the world became. How can you blame God for the mistake you've made, and all that human beings have destroyed. Countless wars occured because of the hatred in the heart of man, not of God. God gave us a choice to return to him, and that is through his son Jesus Christ.

@kleo48 so in conclusion, God is a God of mercy , and love. He WANTS to give us prosperity , and peace...however it is the wickedness of mankind that rejects it. You ask why isn't he helping? He IS helping those who seek after him, and he IS guiding people, and moving their hearts to help those people who are hungry and dying. You stand all high and mighty, but I doubt you have done ANYTHING to help those in need. Maybe donated a few bucks, but you have nothing to say in front of God.

@JNaritchie now you KNOW. but that doesn't become faith without the promise of God. Which is a verse in the bible that gives you faith. Ex. " Their sins and their lawless acts I shall remember no more" - when you have that inside your heart, you will always be assured. 'ah.. God doesn't remember my sins anymore. ' you become free, not free to do whatever, but free from the condemnation. Then after it becomes faith, you follow in Jesus' foot steps, and ask him to guide your ways.

@Tenchijk Thanks for actually replying. I can rely to a lot of what you were saying about being kind of ''forced'' to believe because I grew up in the Church too. And I also feel the same way about being a sinner. Like you can never stop being one. But my main problem is that I feel like I've never really ''felt'' God. I mean sure I pray, and God has answered my prayers but for somehow I just don't ''feel'' his presence. I've been questionning my faith a lot lately and your video helped me. Thx.

@JNaritchie It's all about relationship. When you love someone, you get to know them. Get to know Jesus. Talk to HIM. Share with Him. He is a live person. ask for His HOLY Spirit,. Religion is dead. Following rules is dead. Relationship with Jesus Christ will give life.

Some people who do not believe in god, can't believe in God because they can't see him, like the physical appearance. People who are without faith uses their senses to search for God and the senses are physical aspects not spirituals ones such as faith. I have seriously heard people say "their know they are going to hell so what is the point of trying to please God. I believe some people who think that way at the end days will tell God, Just send me on my way, I already know where i was going.

I completely went the same way you did minus the drugs and gangs. I remember one time where I was so angry at God I pick-up the bible and through it on the floor, stepped on it and asked God butt out of my life. Unfortunately it didn't end well for me because few days later after countless self realization, I ran back back to god like a crying child that needed a pacifier. Like you I was Force into believing God, but I never did I needed to believe God on my own and that is what happened.

But bottom line Jesus is the way and I do emphasize the only way that you can enter into heaven. Jesus dying on the cross for our sins is the ultimate sacrifice. And that let's us know how much he loves us. That's the greatest love of all to me. But satan has a plan for us and he's trying to gather as many souls as he can. So now is not the time to look the other way and I think we should be aware of what's really going on. We can't afford not to.

We make it all so complicated, when it really don't have to be. I was one of those Christians who thought God looked at you for your works. And weather you kept his ten commandments, that was huge when I was growing up. But I couldn't help it that was the way I was taught :/ I had all my philosophies about life in place. So I opened my heart to what Tenchi was saying and I really listened and heard. I was beating myself up trying to prove to God that I was worthy of getting in heaven.

@nema63 yea, but the fact was, we all DON'T deserve to get into heaven, regardless of what we do. Thats why our only choice is Jesus. and what he has DONE for US. Which was done on that cross. Without him as our mediator between us and God, we would all perish. But thanks be to God who shown justice and mercy.

I used to not believe in God or religion in general but I was close to suicide once and he was the only one I could turn too. Whether he exists or not he saved my life so I'd glad he exists for me =) I got hella scared when I read that if you suicide (equal to murder) you burn in hell forever! Anywhoo im not sure if I believe that but what bothers me is some ppl are good just to please God but they should be good ppl whether god exists or not =[
