It has educational value, and is not designed to serve the prurient interest. It is not porn. It therefore is not child porn. It is perfectly legal. Now I'm not saying that it won't attract perverts who'd have thoughts of doing things that ARE illegal, but this video is in itself not illegal in the US.
What's wrong with the child? What I mean is, what are the doctors looking for? Or, is this just a routine check-up?
