Ok, I have just a few observations:

-The writing is *hilarious*. I just wish they didn't make Mike Dawson look like he raided Ted Danson's wardrobe-circa the 1987-tv show-Cheers, and an 80's Braun shaver magazine advertisement.(I *know* it's 1995, but dang...)

-And in the Pool Hall scene, the guy near the pool table is really committed to that chalk.

@Aquarius199 You can actually purchase a new copy of Darkseed 2 on ebay. There's a seller who formatted the entire game to be compatible with Windows Vista. It's supposed to be really easy to install - the only problem is, the guy wants $50 for the game. I wanted a copy of my own, but yikes, that's a lot to pay for an older game!

Yeah, thats what i used, but it doesnt seem to like this game too much, the sound doesnt work too well and it shrinks the screen down to like 1/2 the size. The first one works fine though.

I love this game so much !!! when I was young I found the full version game on a PC-Games CD rom since that, the game is still one of the best point & click adventures. So atmospherical creepy !! But I can't play it anymore on my win7 x64 :*( which sucks excessive

Aw...I have the same problem. Pretty much every game I used to enjoy can't be played! Not even with an emulator. Some people are able to mount the cd-rom game as images or something, which makes it playable. I can't figure it out how to do it myself though

I think you may be talking about Daemon Tools. I use that on windows to mount the game and use a psx emulator to play. As for windows, there's a way to set the compatibility so old games work on new windows.
