Good video, I just made some macaroons and I want to make more already, they taste so good, I recommend eating them not long after taking them out of the oven =)

no but you can use a whisk, if you want to do baking you should get one, only arround $5 for a cheap one

After beating the egg whites, one could also fold in everything else instead of mixing it to help the egg whites keep their volume.
