I don't think those skull guys on the overworld there steal your experience points. But as was said before, having your experience points stolen (and believe me, anyone who doesn't know already, it can happen) is not a good thing. Especially when said enemies either don't give any experience at all or don't give you enough to make up for how many times they tend to hit you...

After having just made a trayfull of pizza bites to watch the audio commentary for Rattatouie, only to discover the copy I have doesn't include audio commentary, this made my night better. You know, Nintendo should consider making a new Zelda that plays like this. Don't know why I thought of Zelda out of all other game franchises out there, but you gotta admit, it's a genious idea.
