  • wow perfect i hate turning that dial all the way in t3i this sloved my problem. thanks

  • which camera do you use?

  • @MarMarZwinZ I use the 60D, which in my opinion is currently the most versatile crop sensor DSLR in the Canon line up. It takes most of what the 7D has and puts it in a lighter body with a swivel screen. Currently it is the most compatible with the Magic Lantern Firmware, but even without it it trumps the t2i and t3i cameras with more settings in exposure and white balance settings.

The 7D, t2i and t3i cameras are still great cameras which all have their pros and cons just like the 60D.

  • How did you remap the C button to movie mode on the 60D? I have the latest ML and I can't find the option?

  • @Olphus In the movie menu in Magic Lantern there is an option in the middle that is MovieModeRemap you can set it to C or the creative auto mode.

It's been really helpful since the 60D has to dial all the way back from M to record mode. Also If you press ISO and the live view button while in a photo mode, it will take you into movie mode.

  • @Olphus Thanks! This makes a huge difference to me since I switch between stills and video continuously and turning the dial almost 360 is a pain. The ISO options is even faster!

  • Thanks dude, this is AWESOME

  • Nice job. What program are you using to edit with?

  • @zanesart Thanks, I edit with Adobe Premiere and After Effects CS5.5.
