Chronic fatigue? Toss a few leave of spinach, kale, banana and coconut water (or orange juice) into a blender, then drink daily. (Or any green leafy vegetables. Your energy level will improve enormously.) Try it for a week, you'll see..! Thanks for the update!!

I feel for you. I just had my ninth year anniversary of chronic fatigue. It's no picnic. I hope you are finding out why you have it so you can get rid of it. I've traced mine back to mercury poisoning so far and am currently treating that. Before that it was Candida Albicans. It's hard to identify the cause without a good doctor. I hope for you that you have access to a good doctor. Best of luck!

I'm so sorry to hear about your struggles with CFS... and it's amazing how while fighting against it and doing your own thing you've been able to make your great, detailed, in-depth tutorials!

I think it's another proof of the strength of your will and I wish you that you and your will may win over CFS as quickly as possible!
