Personally, I think you suck. You have absolutely terrible technique. I can tell you spent all your time trying to play fast, and you probably can't play simple things because you're terrible technique will make it sound terrible. The distortion and extremely fast playing hides all of the mistakes that you make.

Not always, I can play this song exactly as Vinnie, and the picking here is kinnda tricky, I use mostly alternate but also a lot of economy picking. You have to experiment and see what works the best for you. Good Luck and keep practicing bro :D

This looks all odd to me...is this played slowly then speeded up before upload? The motion is just not right, jittery. Look at the speed of the flick at 3:02. If this is for real then I bow to your amazing skill, but it just doesn't look right to me.
You can tell its not sped up because he moves his head to much. When people speed up videos there heads don't move because if they did you could very easily tell if its sped up.
If you mean like where if he is going from the B to the high E he will always play a down stroke? That's called economy picking. I used to us it more, I still do some what. My guitar teachers would yell at me for it, but as long as you can stay in time, it's the most efficient way to pick.
No, i know about economy picking, called sweep picking, only down or uptstroke when playing scale with 3 or 5 note a string shape, i was talking about the movement, he don't move his wrist at all, it must be hurting to play at that speed with moving from the elbow...
although. . . it was kinda like an imitation, i wonder if you have your OWN style but anyway it was PERFECT. . i'm just conna watch it again right now. .
