  • it took Harrison Ford until 2000 to get into the AFI hall of fame......wow.....catch up

  • Jeez, Sean Connery should really stand up and let everyone know he hasn't died. This feels like a funeral!

  • Harrison Ford looks sooooo gay in this video........ for god sakes, why does he wear an earring? and what happened to his hair?......

  • Anyone else look at Harrison Ford in this and see Dr. Richard Kimble from The Fugitive?

  • @Lightning4119 not sure if serious or trolling...

  • @skylinedude2006 I'm serious. Maybe it's because I saw The Fugitive literally two hours before watching this, but I look at this, and...well, I think it's the beard.

  • @Lightning4119 ... tell me who played dr kimble...

  • @skylinedude2006 Harrison Ford did.

  • Best line ever in a movie was Goldie Hawn in First Wives Club "Sean Connery.......he's 105 years old and still a STUD!". So true. :-)

  • i must say that was a very good tribute, very balanced and genuine

  • I like the earring anyway.

  • Harrison looks older than sean

  • Craig Ferguson down there must think "... and chest hair"

  • jimmy stewart wasn't in "our town", i think he meant to say william holden

  • shit, if watch any more of these im going to cry

  • I hope i'm gonna be GFILF when i'm Sean Connerys age :~D

  • Indiana looks older than sean connery today. somethings not right.

  • someone should do a 10-minute loop of him saying 'Dad?'

  • That was a really touching speech. Still, all I could think when I saw Sean Connery was, "Bond, James Bond." XD

  • Ford gets it before Connery? WTF?!?!

  • man, ford really struggled to push the words out...

  • he looks like he is 80 years old! was he 35 or 40 in 1975?

  • @xukeith33

Sean was born in 1930. yeah, 45.

  • 13 people were named after their dogs.

  • it's simply absurd not to include details such as date of filming and location (or source), as if the uploaders' minds could be read

  • The Last Crusade defines epicness.

  • has anyone ever noticed Sean Connery Hasnt aged in 20 years?

  • @TheOrangeType Ikr! Talking about Indiana Jones, he looks exactly the same here as he did then :')

  • @TheOrangeType Once you reach max level... You stop leveling.

  • @onecabnomad best reply i have had! :D

  • @TheOrangeType when you reach max level you stop leveling

  • @TrollingDayAndNight look 4 comments down...

  • @TheOrangeType god dang it! :c

  • @TrollingDayAndNight i read that in toby turners voice o.O anyway lol no worries :)

  • @TheOrangeType it was his voice xD

  • @TheOrangeType When you reach max level you won't level up

  • I love that he begins with "Dad..." :)

  • Trivia about harrison ford. He was once a roadie for a rock band called the doors. If you get a copy of the doors live at the hollywood bowl you can see him in the background.

  • @1Phoenix Master no way??!!!

    thank you, master!

  • Awesome :-)

  • Blade Runner was awesome.

  • I know WHY I love him !

Blast it all, he was my very first crush EVER !

When I was 8-year-old, I fell in love with Han followed by Indy ... And now, when I'm twenty, I still love him with the same child's deep devotion ♥

  • Its true, he's Harrison Ford -he can do what he wants. EXCEPT that earring

  • I really hope the next generation of actors are as awesome and original as these guys.

  • sounds like he's recovering from a cold

  • Why does he need the earing? He's Indiana Jones AND Han Solo! He's the very definition of cool! He doesn't need the earing to be any cooler. In fact, it subtracts some of the coolness points.

  • @TheCDVigil ya, totally agree

  • @TheCDVigil Indiana Jones, Han Solo and Blade runner! :)

  • @TheCDVigil If I was there I would like to tell him that. He doesn't look good with all the make-up I know...

  • Steven Spielberg, hope you're watching this.

The Harrison Ford is not old, is even with a youthful appearance similar to the last movie. He can do various Indiana Jones, because he is a legend. Even when you are old, will still be interesting.

  • They always gonna be my perfect DAD and SON caracters!!!!--I love the chemistry of this excellent men...

  • Now they look like they are in the same age :)

  • wow harrison's aged

  • harrison ford is a fucking legend

  • Where's my family?!?!

  • MEDIA IS EVIL!

in another language this is a "voice to skull" and it's actually an harassments if it is going on 24-7 - something that CIA / Media -and other corporations like darpah and lockheed doing all the time to ruining targeted individual and innocents people!

  • this was filmed in 1934. It looks recent though.

  • Ford sounds really sick during this speech... lovely speech though :)

  • Why in the hell did Harrison Ford recieve the award years before Connery???

  • seriously he barely aged

  • If you all think Harrison Ford wrote those words that he said you are mistaken. Some writer did - and that's how hollywood works. Don't fall for this stuff people.

  • @webhandlertube

and the way pessimistic pieces of shit work is due to the ignorant and demented mentality that u possess. The stories told are from past experiences that these people shared together. U have ur friends and ur mentors, while even the most legendary actors such as Harrison Ford have theirs, in this case its Connery. Why would someone as honorable as Ford use anothers words to describe a man that he looks up to, a man that led him through his career... look passed our media. fag

  • @dasolutionisme2 by your own words you have made my point. You have fallen for it. These shows are all well scripted and choreographed and financed - then watched by the likes of you with large advertisers stuck in the middle to pay the bill, nothing more. They are as fake as the movies and characters you think are "legendary" and as self centered as the pedestal you place them on. Know this, "You" are as important, talented, skillful, looked up to, etc. as any one of those people there.

  • @dasolutionisme2

    touche

  • @webhandlertube What you say is quite possible. But, it doesn't mean that the sentiments expressed were any less genuine on Harrison's part. If Harrison hired a writer to write his speech, it could have been because he didn't want to risk looking like a fool. He could have told the writer what he wanted to express, then taken the writer's text and shaped it until he felt it was right for him. I believe this is similar to how the president writes his speeches.

  • Han shot first!

  • At 2:19 it looks as though Sean Connery is about to shed tears because of Harrison Ford's humble words. And a part of me doesn't blame him.

  • He reminds me of Jean William Scott

  • "Dad..." hahahahaha very very nice and "subtle" age joke :P

  • "dad"

  • It's not the years honey, it's the mileage.

  • Comment removed

  • Ford always plays a patriot ,but in real life fled to canada to dodge military service.

  • @syby1112 Probably to get away from the idiots who were doing the Vietnam war thing.

  • @RuudJH so your defending this guy ? shallow hollywood types, he would sic his body guards to beat you down if you were thirsty and asked for a drink of water.

  • I love that the first word Harrison ford says is "Dad." I kept waiting for Sean to say "Junior."

  • Did Harrison lose both lungs?

  • Don't you guys know that sean Connry was in highlander thus he IS Immmortal

  • I don't think I have seen anything more touching than that.

  • isnt the narrator Tom Kane

  • NO TICKET!

  • Great actors! Directors and Writers God bless!

I love Indiana Jones Movies and Star Wars ... Some of my favourite’s adventure movies. : )

  • Han Solo has to get rid of the earing

  • @jgillies93 You mean Indiana Jones has to get ride of his earing...

  • @jgillies93 We all know he's not going to

  • @jgillies93 I guess he likes doing a hand solo.

  • @jgillies93 He's Harrison Ford. He can do what he wants.

  • @jgillies93 I really like it! Harrison can do no wrong and why not.......you only live once!

  • harrison looks good with the face fuzz

  • Wow Harrison has really grown from the other movies rather now a then

  • Dad?

  • @Lightning4119 in indianna jones the earlier movies they were father and son :)

  • @vickynash17 Yeah, I know. That was the first Indiana Jones movie I ever saw, and the most recent one I liked.

  • The worst thing about movies are that actors get old...I would give my kidneys to allow the original Indiana Jones to continue....and I don't mean the new one...but the originals

  • @jblw189 lol funny stuff

  • Ford in Polanskis Frantic is nice.

  • it is the world famous Scottish ever green look, our family is from Scottish heritage and in some small areas they have the golden brown gene which makes for a loverly tan bronze look if u will i have that to i am 33 but look and feel 23 and Sean was Mr worlduniverse at one stage if people forget all you need back then was a awesome tall muscular bronze body and goodlooking .

  • is indiana jones seriously wearing an earing or are my eyes deceiving me? C'mon man!

  • holly fuck! Harrison sounds so old! WTF?! He was my idol! Han Solo, Indi.... damn....

  • Harrison looks like Darrell Hammond doing a Sean Connery Celebrity Jeopardy impression.

  • Harrison Ford does not sound well in this.

  • Why isn't he talking about star wars.

Cmon your Han Solo you've got the fastest ship in the galexly

  • @skywalker141000

I know, right? For that matter, why isn't he talking about American Graffiti, or Patriot Games, or the Fugitive?

Think for a moment and I think you can figure out why he's only talking about the Indiana Jones films.

  • @EuphrasieF those must be his fav ones:)

  • Dad.

  • Wait: Harrison Ford won the lifetime achievement award BEFORE Sean Connery?!? Really? With all due respect (knowing that both will be remembered for their work), Sean Connery first, simply out of respect for chronology

  • "i thought id lost you boy" one of the best acting lines ever!

  • I wish I could unsee that earring. BLARG!

  • DAD? Junior? Junior? dad? Junioooooorrr

  • this is the best ive heard harrison ford speak. Watch his talk show interviews.. he's scary

  • Junior?? Oh don't call me that PLEASE!!! hahaha good times!!

  • Indiana Jones saluting his father. Get it!?

  • I hate harrison's voice now. creepy, annoying, and god damnit man, clear your throat.

  • @imlost19

I wonder how you sound on his age ...hint 69 atm

  • lol @ a pain in the ass.

  • If you close your eyes and listen, you think Charles Bukowski is speaking.

  • @Rammbock It's because theyt're both alcoholics

  • Watching my ultimate celeb crush dedicate a touching speech (I'm aware he's an actor) to someone I consider one of the greatest actors of all time: Amazing. No other word for it. Pure amazing.

  • Don't call me junior!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Ive heard or read somewhere that harrison and Connery started to argue in that Indy film and they not friends even this day in private.

  • Harrison Ford will always be one of the more handsome most full of sex appeal men in the history of mankind.

  • @julestags Wish I could give more then 1 thumbs up to that. I've had a total crush/love of this man since I was about 5. I'm 23 now and if I was to meet him today, I'd probably die of happiness :)

  • I wish Sean said "Junior!". Lol.

  • Harrison Ford just HAS to say everything like he's dying of a vocal box mutilation.

  • @ItsTurningGreen002 He more then likely had a sore throat. They do happen to famous people too.

  • @NickyLess He does that in ALL his movies.

  • @ItsTurningGreen002 Not as much as he is in this video. And he has a naturally deep voice. There's nothing wrong with it.

  • @NickyLess Nothing wrong with it of course, but he always sounds so dramatic just speaking in his natural voice.

  • @ItsTurningGreen002 Haha, you say dramatic, I say sexy ;)

  • harrison ford looks so much cooler with that epic beard lol

  • Two great actors in one video...

  • harry, oh dear....

  • how does Harrison Ford get a life time achievement award before Sean Connery?

  • @nrjelley becasue he helped blow up the death star

  • Did he? Because if you watch this video and see the description...Harrison didn't win the award, Sean did, Harrison is almost giving a reason for the award.

  • @LilBigSmoke the guy doing the announcing at the begining said "the recipiant of the AFI lifetime achievement award in 2000, Harrison Ford" Therefore he has had the award before Connery.

  • plus sean doesnt mind slapping bitches if their not happy with the last word

  • Junioooor!

  • Grandpa Solo!

  • Harrison could play his dad....

  • Nowadays one could really say that Harrison looks like he'd be Sean's real son.....Or at least they ressemble each other very much.

  • Sean wudve had Harrison at the age of 12!!!! complicated, even for James Bond!

  • @Wakipenda Dunno if ur referring to my comment but I actually just said that they ressemble each other not that he is or would be Seans real son. It just shows how well they chose the cast back then when they did Indy 3.

  • Maybe it's the beard that's making Harrison Ford look stranger than I thought he would.

  • Does Harrison have a pierceing or is that me? its @ 2:06

  • An earring? Are you shitting me?

  • Sean Connery is only 12 years older than Harrison ford. Sean's 80 and Harrison's 68.

  • Sean Connery stopped aging after the Last Crusade when he drank from the Holy Grail.

  • @jinpayne excellent

  • @jinpayne but he still died ._.

  • @K1und2L in the movie of course xD

  • So fucking true!!!

  • @jinpayne yes but didnt harrison drink from that cup too?

  • @Thelavendel Indeed. But if you'll pardon a fanboy for saying so, they both crossed the Great Seal--the boundary and the price of immortality.

(As long as my Indy fanboy-ness is already out, Happy 112th birthday, Dr. Jones.)

  • @jinpayne He didn't drink from it. The Grail was used to heal a gunshot wound he received from that Nazi ass-kissing turncoat!

  • @kalimaganeshshivan I know that. I just thought it would be a good joke

  • Ford was very tipsy as usual, and there is a really funny picture of him at the after party of this where he looks like he is completely blacked out

  • sean is like a good vine

    the older- the better

  • Jr?

    yes sir

    IT IS U JR.

I TOLD YOU DONT CALL ME JR.

  • Where's connery hair?

  • @Pearlharbor350 He's been bald since his 20s! He wore a toupee in all his bond films!

  • @Pearlharbor350 On his back. It goes back in the scalp and starts coming out other places.

  • "I stand here before you tonight...older...wiser...and looking like a pirate."

  • @Thedoctor19000 That's hilarious!!!

  • Wake up Harrison. Drink some Redbull.

  • Harrison Ford looks so old, but Sean Connery looks so young

  • I'd hoped that one more Indiana Jones could reprise father and son, but it's highly, highly doubtful. Not much of a better pairing in cinematic history, and River Phoenix as young Indy was also inspired and missed.

  • I mean, he has an earring. WTF?

  • What is UP with Harrison Ford's outfit/look, here? Is he ok??

  • you people really have sticks up your ass don't you I try to say something clever and you people get all serious saying that gold finger...what does that have to do with anything James Bond is James Bond I just felt clever when he said sean connery gave us the world I don't even like that movie I was just trying to be funny I hate when I have one of the highest rated comments because people never understand my humor

  • "but you, Sean Connery, you gave us the world".......agreed

  • At some points, it ALMOST looks like Sean Connery is going to cry.. Being that he is Sean Connery that's probably not going to happen but still <3
