I agree. The colours green and blue kind of clashes. Maybe by dressing like that, she can stand out among the other dancers. Because the other dancers all wear black and white or white and black.

That's exactly the reason. Usually, you can tell because they aren't holding a microphone and are dancing. With BoA (and with any singer really), if she's dancing like this, she's lipsyncing (not always) but also.. this sounds identical to the CD version.
@PrincessArtiie she IS lip syncing with a tape of herself. Why? Because this song is near impossible to sing with THAT dance routine she has to do. All her dancers get a break, but BoA has to consistently dance. Do you think she will have any breathe support to actually SING this song too? Dont think so. Thats why she usually lip syncs THIS song ^_~
