  • SarniaFireBuff well said i was at that fire

  • What does a "6 alarm fire" exactly mean?

  • "6 alarms" is a term to describe the resources being use on a particular event. if the first units responding to the call, cant handle the situation, the call a second alarm. now, this brings in more units to help on the call. some departments have anywhere from 4-10 alarms. the more "alarms" struck, the more resources that will be pulled in to assist.

  • @SarniaFireBuff well put i wouldve said "big friggin fire" lol
