If you think Mac made the Jars song better than you just don't understand the genius of Jars of Clay. Yes, Mac's voice is bigger and more beautiful, but the Jars of Clay sound (and Dan's voice) is such a unique gift from God that you really can't compare the two. It's like apples and oranges; greatness for completely different reasons. In any case, this video was very very cool and put a big smile on my face.

They are so great. I can't stop listening. I have both songs on my iPod and they are right next to eacher alphabetically and I always think of this and wish that I had a version of this to put on there too.

I think it is wild how both bands and members have evolved throughout their careers, especially JoC. Third Day has similar music but Jars have seemed to change their styles often over the last 5 years.
