Hey everyone! I just finished producing a 2 minute advertisement for Toyota about the dangers of texting and driving and I would greatly appreciate it if any of you would take a look and tell me what you think. It is in the style of a rap/memoir! Thumbs up if you like it, thank you!
Personally it would have been me running up with my gun out blasting that dumb fucker. Go ahead text and drive, alot of bad consequences come with it. Not just from the law but from crazy fucks like me.

this person may not have been texting and this could have been a lot worse if the other drivers had not been driving defensively or if they had been texting or on the phone or eating or whatever. The lesson here is that you must be awake, aware and do not trust other drivers to always be doing what they are suppose to be doing. Even people eating get distracted but this is not to say that texting is extremely dangerous.
To the people saying that video taping wasnt a good idea either, thats completely besides the point. The video being taken is being shown to you, therefore, like another set of eyes on the road. You could essentially drive while watching a video of what was in front of the car. Not reading messages on a tiny ass screen however.

Texting while driving isn't dangerous, but swerving back and forth from the shoulder and into oncoming traffic, is extremely dangerous! No driver has ever been injured from texting, drivers get injured when one car crashes into another one!

This video in no way proves someone was texting. It only proves this person was driving recklessly and caused the accident. The insurance company will not be happy.
How do you know he was texting? There are a number of reasons this driver may have been distracted. Maybe he was filming the guy in the car behind him.
I would guess that he was drunk. The poster is misrepresenting using the video to make a political statement. This is a FAR MORE likely explanation. Even the person who made the video doubts he is texting.

Where is the proof that he/she was texting? I once witnessed something like this, driver all over the road, and I called 911 who routed me to the nearest police station. I continued to follow the car until it went off the road and hit a tree, turned out the guy was having a diabetic seizure and me reporting it (instead of video taping it) saved his life...just sayin...

He probably had called the cops/ and was going to use the video as evidence to call the cops and press charges. Thereby removing the driver from the road later.

Texting while driving isn't dangerous, but swerving back and forth from the shoulder and into oncoming traffic, is extremely dangerous! No driver has ever been injured from texting, drivers get injured when one car crashes into another one!

@phatyo2 That doesn't negate the fact that texting and driving is the most dangerous and stupid thing you can do behind the wheel. Why not just drive with a blind fold on? Its essentially the same thing. It has been shown to be exponentially more dangerous than drinking and driving. If you text and drive you deserve to die in a car wreck. I only hope you don't kill someone else while you're at it. Put the fucking phone down and pay attention to the 3000 pound missile you're piloting.

How do you know he was texting? There are a number of reasons this driver may have been distracted. Maybe he was filming the guy in the car behind him.
I would guess that he was drunk. The poster is misrepresenting using the video to make a political statement. This is a FAR MORE likely explanation. Even the person who made the video doubts he is texting.

First hit car: Air bag deployed, got safelty to the shoulder
Second hit car: Little more than a fender bender, got safely to the shoulder.
TWD car -- went off the shoulder, down the median and through a wire fence.
I'd have gone to help the "culprit" first. That's where help was most likely to be needed.

Where is the proof that he/she was texting? I once witnessed something like this, driver all over the road, and I called 911 who routed me to the nearest police station. I continued to follow the car until it went off the road and hit a tree, turned out the guy was having a diabetic seizure and me reporting it (instead of video taping it) saved his life...just sayin...

He probably had called the cops/ and was going to use the video as evidence to call the cops and press charges. Thereby removing the driver from the road later.
