you need a transfer cable and the Cod tool on your pc hook up the transfer cable to ur hard drive the plugin usb side on comp

open the xbox click save data extc then find cod5 the drag it out then open Cod tool

drag in the cod save data u dragged out then click away at the mods you want then un minimiz the xbox thingy then delete the old save data then drage in the modded saved data and enjoy ^_^
