SpO2 could be affected as the probe reading on the other hand is affected by the intermittently inflated BP cuff. I think the arm was not in the air. They wanted to keep the hand free from any hinderence. I wish if they made an explanation in English.

SpO2 is probably 80% during the block. They are least bothered about the dimming tone of pulse oximeter. The equipment takes priority over the arm.Nerve stimulator is on the arm support and arm is hanging in the air.
