you can stay there for ages way more than 12 days but you need 5 people lv 3 vista and they all need to have that thing that allows you to stay there for an extra 3 days in lifetime happiness shop

the longest you can stay there is 2 months if you have maxed the visa tthere and all of your 8 sims has prepared traveler lifetime hapiness reward

Well you can't go visit it. It is in the background, but is not visitable. I guess instead of being a vacation pack it's more of adventure. =D Tc.
