That's the point it's not cooked but the blender does warm it up. Anything cooked above 110-115 degrees kills the enzymes.

Good for you both for trying!!! That soup looks yummy to me. Maybe add a stalk of celery, some garlic, a bit more salt... Mmmm!
Good luck in transitioning to raw foods - you won't regret it! The lil' one will come around when she's ready :) Just keep at it!

She's doing great now. In fact she auditioned to sing on the CTV Telethon on Saturday. She said it went well.
I plan to get an Excaliber next month.

She is so sweet when she didnt want to insult it. "There is nothing wrong with it. Its not bad. Its good for people." Shes adorable. I have the Excaliber too! I love it!

i asked why she wasn't ask school that day
and she said cuz she was sick and she sounded like a dying horse
- i din't really know how that sounded
but when i watched this - ya she does sound preety bad - i could tell she was sick that day :(
